ITA - means Invitation to Apply
kelangan naka attach yung ITA para ma approve yung Appeal application mo for SGCOC
yung engagement letter, client-agent agreement po ba? if it is, most likely hindi tatanggapin kasi you need something from DIBP like ITA or Visa Acknowledgement letter kung nakapaglodge ka na ng application.

Si Agent is nagrerepresent lang on your behalf. Si DIBP yung nag-iissue ng ITA and only after makapag submit ng EOI - Expression of Interest.

hmmm.. you have to understand the process. by stages kasi yung visa application, depending sa nominated occupation mo and visa type na inaapplayan and suitable sayo.
In a way, since nagbayad ka for an agent, responsibility ni agent na ipa-understand yung entire process and stages ng application.
you can back read other posts here din. in summary, for skilled visa application;
1. you have to nominate an occupation and have it assessed by a skills assessment body
2. take english exam
3. submit nomination application (if state sponsored) via EOI only then; makakareceive ka ng ITA; and thereafter you can lodge a visa application
4. last stage yung Police clearance and Medicals as part of visa requirement
the rest is waiting game, like most of us here...

I'm done with English Exam ( IELTS ) , also done with Skills ASsessment (Vetassess)
I' done with NBI clearance also I just thought complete na requirements ko kc 2015 plng I've been processing na all my requirements... Then suddenly, eto nga ung need ko ng CoC from Sg kc nagwork ako from 2010- nov.2015
2years nko wala sa Sg. sana nmn mabigyan ako ng CoC...
