Preparing my docs for visa lodging. Can somebody please confirm if anything is missing. A big thank you to everyone!

1. Identification: birth/marriage certificates, passports.

2. Language: PTE or IELTS results for the main applicant. Diploma, transcript, English as medium certification from school for the spouse.

3. Educational Qualifications: ACS results, Diploma, transcript, technical certifications.

4. Skillful employment: Detailed COE, ITRs, payslips, employment contracts, merit increase/promotion notices, bank transaction history, sss transaction history.

5. PCC and Medical.

6. Others: Resume, Form 80/1221.

Did I miss anything?

ako lang ba ang mababa ang attention span/madali magkamali sa pag-fillup ng form 80 at 1221? dami "trick questions" dun like, yung sa passport details, "Name Written on Document" (if the same as Question 1, write "SAME AS QUESTION 1"???

@melgB hello. Visa will be denied if points were overclaimed. Ingat lang po sa pag claim. Otherwise, basta po maprovide un evidence ni co e visa grant na din po. Goodluck

Question lang, pwede pa ba mag attached ng documents kahit Assessment in Progress na ang status? Meron kasi akong nakalimutan iattached na ngayon ko lang nakita.

Hi mga sir's pano first step pra mka kuha ng visa 190?. paano po mode of payment pra sa assessment. ako lang kasi maglalakad ng visa ko. TIA

@glennb First, mag-take po kayo ng English test (IELTS, PTE, etc). Then, magpa-assess kayo sa assesment body para sa occupation nyo (ACS, EA, etc). Then, if you want Visa 190-SS mag apply kayo ng nomination sa preferred state nyo. Mag-register kayo sa website ng state. And pagna-invite na kayo, you can lodge your visa application.

Payment mode is usually through credit card.

@Grifter hello sir thank you for the reply. Tanong ko na din sir if you have any idea about claiming sa educational attainment , what does it mean sa bachelor's degree na ka-level ng AQF? yung bachelor's degree po ba dto sa pinas ay accredited sa AQF?

Hi @glennb .

First steps for 190? Skills assessment. Please try to back read and do a bit more research. Maraming beses na na answer yung question.

Mode of payment for assessment? Search your occupation from the skills occupation list or on its current form. It will tell you your assessment body. Go to their website and study what's required. Explore their FAQ, email them if you have questions.

Ako lang maglalakad ng visa ko. Many here including myself did our visa application by ourselves. And I'm sure it's true for everyone that we did our research first and read and back read a lot before asking very specific questions about a particular step in the process.

It will be more helpful for you and for the forum members.

Hi @melgB the your assessing body will determine the equivalency of your qualification obtained from the Philippines against the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF). AQF is not an accrediting body. Kapag natanggap mo na yung assessment of qualification mo, makikita mo dun kung equivalent nga ng Bachelor's degree yung degree mo or Associate Degree lang etc.

Yung University kung saan ka na-graduate plus yung relevant experience mo after your work may count in determining whether your qualification is equivalent or not.

@filsgoz sir, nagpa-assess po ako sa TRA as chef which is my trade course,and successful naman daw po yung assessment,they sent the certificate already. But i also claimed points for my bachelor's degree in saint louis university baguio. im just thinking about my application kung may points po yung SLU bachelor's ko against the AQF.
the waiting game for a grant is a killer haha *worried
