    Hello po. Gusto ko lang po sana itanong, pregnant po kasi ako ngaun and March pa po expected delivery ko. Ok na po ang assessment ko and pede na mag EOI. advisable po ba yun na mag EOI na po ako? Or wait wait po muna ako na malapit na maipanganak si baby?

    I need your opinions po. Salamat. Di ko kasi alam kung pano ako magtutuloy sa application ko.

    @misisabat Ang pagkakaalam ko better magsubmit ka na ng EOI ngayon then isuspend mo lang if ready ka na ma-invite. Kapag iresume or unsuspend mo kasi ang EOI, hindi magchange ang date of effect mo. So may better chance ka ma-invite agad. Yung EOI suspension is only for those who don't want to be invited for the mean time.

    @misisabat May isa pa palang option. Ok lang po pala ma-invite ka for PR then ideclare mo lang na pregnant ka para at least secured na yung slot mo for PR application. Hintayin ka kasi ng CO hanggang sa manganak ka pati masali mo yung baby as dependent.

    Yung EOI suspension kasi wala pang assurance kung makuha mo agad yung invitation once resumed na.

    @misisabat Ang pagkakaalam ko masali lang si baby as dependent kapag napanganak na. Sabi sa ibang forum, kukunan pa siya ng NSO birth cert tapos passport then undergo ng health exam. Then, xray din sayo after delivery.

    @gillianLeoh2017 If you have high points, aiming for DG and you estimate that you will get an ITA soon, pwede na kumuha in advance. However, the IED will be dependent sa latest date ng NBI / Police clearance. In other words, If you want to play safe, you can wait until you have your ITA or risk it get them in advance but IED will be much closer.

    @gillianLeoh2017 Wait nyo na lng po muna ang ITA before medical since 3-5 days lng po yan before masubmit sa DIBP. But you can secure police checks in advance.

    @gillianLeoh2017 Usually daw po Form 80 lang hinihingi. Maglolodge pa lang po ako pero both po isa-submit ko. Halos pareho lang naman po yung content kaso mas madali ang 1221 kaya ok lang din. Wala din po ako dependents.
