pare nakahanap ka na ba ng ma rentahan? anong area ang preferable mo? sydney cbd? or sa mga suburb. may kilala ako sa blacktown at sa granville, pwede kita ma refer dun. At least mga pinoy din sila pare at mababait. Sila din tumulong sa akin nung first time ako dito sa sydney.

if anyone is interested, i have a spare room (semi-furnished) with mattress and 1 tall boy good for 1 person for 180 aud per WEEK direct debit preferred. the room itself is quite spacious but we're happy to take in just 1 single person, female only please. all bills included and will share internet (just don't overuse it cause there's 3 of us in the flat).
the place is in oberon street coogee, sydney. it's about 15 mins to coogee beach, 20 mins. walk to prince of wales hospital/ sydney children's hospital, 25 mins. to the randwick shops/ church. bus stops about 3 houses down route x77, 377, 376 which goes all the way to circular quay in the cbd.
we're a couple in our late 20s originally from cebu recently migrated to nsw from auckland, nz. i work as a nurse in sydney children's and my husband is a doctor in the philippines and studying in melbourne to be able to practice in oz. hubby commutes.
we're pretty quiet people.. we love going to the movies which is about 10 mins. from our place. send me an email at [email protected]. thanks!

pasensya na my tagalog is not very good hence the english post. pero will try to accommodate naman if you speak tagalog..pasensya na lang sa tagalog with bisaya accent.. hehehehe..:)

Hello po sa lahat.. meron po kaming one available room sa isang 4 bedroom flat in ashfield. it's just 15 mins to sydney cbd. less than 1 minute walk to ASHFIELD mall and 5 minutes walk to station. located po ang ang tirahan on top of an eye center.

it's just $150 per week including water and electricity bills. 1 week deposit and 2 weeks advance po. please do not hesitate to contact me po.
