@Au_Vic hi po! NSW po sana kaso waley eh so hoping may chance kami sa 489 and hoping no changes sa PR application in the next 2-3 yrs.
Oh! NSW pala. Good decision to explore 489 rather than waiting for 189 or 190 in NSW kc mejo malabo lalo na ma-invite kau agad kung di mataas ung points nyo kc ang dami nag-apply sa NSW for SS.
Don't worry too much about getting your PR after 2 yrs kc kung may changes naman most likely yung fees lang or yung time of processing. Kaya you have to be in oz the soonest possible time

@Au_Vic what if po mag change ang number of yrs in applying for PR then 4 yrs lng yung sa 489 to stay and work in AU? Will we gonna be affected with the change if nasa AU na kami nun?

@SophieMaddie38 hello po ulit. regarding sa NBI clearance po, need pa bah ipa notaryo? at sa pinas dapat ipa notaryo dba? and with the bank statements sa pinas, kailangan bah na ang acct name under sa main applicant? coz we have 2 bank accts sa pinas. one is a joint acct and yung isa under my name only.

Need po bah talaga ng show money upon lodging the visa?
Regarding po sa mga supporting docs as proof of our relationship, ano pa bah ang kailangan aside from marriage cert, joint bank accts?
Btw po, ano po yung visa nyo? Kc samin 489 eh.

@dutchmilk Hindi ako hinanapan ng proof of financial capacity.
Luckily & fortunately, na-direct grant po kami in 14 days after mag-lodge ng visa application.

@egroj1002 ic. ano po yung nominated occupation nyo po? kc c hubby initially submitted an EOI sa NsW for 190 but til now wala pang Invite so his agent suggested 489 sa SA. pwede din kaya mag submit ng EOI for 190? kaso 60pts lng cya without SS pts. and ICT kc nominated occupation nya. naka pro rata

show money? usually if SA SS, financial declaration lang about your financial status. very seldom ung instance na humingi sila ng evidence but they can ask for proof if they want to. so far, wala pa akong na-encounter dito sa forum na hiningan ng actual evidence of funds.

don't think too much about the PR. matagal pa yun. for now, focus on getting your 489, moving to oz and fulfilling the 489 conditions na 2yr work live/1yr work.
To give you an idea, 489 to 887 conditions and processes for the past 5 years have not changed as far as I know.

yes, financial declaration ung sa form. as what i have said, most of the time they dont ask for proof of funds but they may so to be on the safe side just prepare something in case na humingi sila ng evidence :-)

its ok naman na maisip mo ung about sa PR kc part yun ng overall process pero I can say that you are on the right track. the fact na nagdecide ka na iexplore ang 489 rather than waiting to get invited sa 189 or 190, I can say that's a good move.
Wit the current situation of migration in Australia, applicants should be strategic and need to be more open-minded in terms of the avenue to be here.
I have been telling to people here sa forum na wag maxado choosy especially with location or where they want to stay etc. Yeah i do understand that most people want to stay in big cities like Sydney or Melbs but reality bites, its not easy to migrate to oz anymore like ages ago.
I have seen it all how immigration has changed the rules.
There is nothing wrong with 489, pare-parehas tayo ng food na kakainin, same grocery store tayo mamimili at hangin na lalanghapin natin same at lalo na iisang country lang tayo... Australia regardless kung adelaide ka, tassie, brissy, the gong, etc. :-)

@dutchmilk Hi! Worry ko din yang proof of funds kung hihingin from us (touc wood). BUT just incase lang, dapat u are ready to provide them.
