@spyware need ko pa bang mag pa sked sa embassy?or pede na walk-in lang maprocess ba siya within one-day? Aside dun sa "certificate of financial capacity declaration" may iba ka pang need i present na docs?like copy ng bank statements?copy ng lot title or other assets docs?THanks!

Hello ask ko lang po regarding sa eoi. Pwede po ba mag gawa ng ibat ibang eoi pero iisang skill lang. Magaapply sana ako ibang state din eh nabasa ko pag sa tas dapat ang ilalagay mo na state ay tas. Kapag ibang state or any hindi nila tatanggapin. Pano po ba magandang diskarte dito?

@jhazz01 Hi! Walk in lang, no need appointment. Doc will be ready after 2 days but pede mo expedite same day result, addtl. $17 ata. Wala naman supporting docs kailangan dalhin as per my query, only the Financial Dec. itself at mismo ikaw pupunta for ur signature.

Nakiusap kami sa lawyer friend namin sa pinas kung pede send namin sa kanya ung orig doc via post , di pumayag. kaya un no choice dito nalang.

@Hunter_08 my brother is already a citizen living Brisbane i ticked yes then nag required ng statement about family :-( which hindi ko pa magawa.

btw, ano nilagay mo dito "commitment to TAS statement"

hi, correction lang. mukhang ung sinasabi ng agent mo is ung minimum requirement ng australian immigration for 489 visa but not ung requirement ng Tasmania. Upon checking, under sa eligibility section ng offshore applicant, "proficient" english at least pa din.

For Category 3A nka indicate pa din yung Proficient English:

Category 3A – Overseas applicant (TSOL)

To be considered for this category you must be living overseas and meet the following criteria:

nominated occupation is listed on the Tasmanian Skilled Occupations List (TSOL)
you, or any of your dependents have not lived in another Australian state or territory within the last twelve months
achieved at least ‘Proficient English’ in a recognised English language test or hold a passport of the UK, Ireland, the USA, Canada or New Zealand
researched the Tasmanian labour market and provide evidence (see Document Checklist) that there are sufficient employment opportunities (at least five and not more than eight opportunities) in your nominated occupation in Tasmania; and that you have:
skills and recent experience relevant to the researched employment opportunities
skills and experience relevant to the Tasmanian economy
access to sufficient financial assets to fund your migration and settlement in Tasmania while you seek employment

guys, to clarify lang..2 things about english requirement...

1. about sa "competent" level - this is the minimum requirement of immigration for all 489 visa applications. eto ung nsa opening statement ng Tassie migration about 489 requirements as per DIBP.

2. under category 3a, ung specific requirement ng Tassie migration ay "proficient" level of english to be eligible... technically, states have an option to increase the level of english they want for SS.
