We're a filipino couple renting out our extra fully-furnished bedroom in our 2bed apartment. Available on 28-30th September 2017.

Single person: 190 weekly all in
Couple: 280 weekly all in

Pay fortnightly/Monthly; 2 weeks advance 2 weeks deposit

1. Its a 2 minute walk from Waitara Train or a 10-minute walk to westfield hornsby/train/bus station.
2. Bus stop in front of the building to various routes including Macquarie uni and blacktown, central
3. Peaceful living as we are very particular with privacy and rest
4. We are very friendly and clean, we are searching for like-minded people.
5. We are music enthusiasts, if you love music you will fit right in!
6. Built in closet, bedframe and your own bathroom/toilet in front of your room.
