Kapag po ba nasa Section 3 yung shools/univ ko mare-Recognised po ba as Bachelor degree?

@VirGlySyl Kung board passer po kayo may chance. Pero walang board ang IE di ba? Certification lang? Saka may instances po na sa EA awarded sayo Bachelor degree pero pagdating sa DIBP hindi.

@MLBS Paano pong plagiarize? Like ako magcocompose ng Stat Decl and have it reviewed and signed by my manager?

@cacophony I think ang ibig sabihin ni @MLBS ay yung 1 year kang di makakapagpareassess lang sa EA. For plagiarized CDR kasi, 1 year siya. So I assume (sa pagkakaintindi ko sa reply niya), baka 1 year rin if rejected EA? Pero di siya sure. Haha.

@cacophony @jazmyne18 yun po ang gusto ko iparating haha sabi ni jazmyne. Ang plagiarize po na issue is sa career episodes. Not sure po ako sa Stat dec or anything work related kasi po fresh grad lang ako and I submitted my CDR using school projects lang.

@MLBS Got it. No worries. I can back up my career episodes. My plan right now is to have an official letterhead stating my employment, commencement, work hours, compensation, and duties all in one file. Hopefully I could get this worked out in a week.

@kuya.king Salamat sa sagot mo. Pasensya na at ngayon lang ulit ako nakapag-online, medyo na-frustrate lang kami at di kami pinayagan ng agent namin na makakuha ng points sa experience so we had to do the alternative which is to get the highest point the English test can offer. We did got SS eventually and was invited to apply for a visa, right now our agent had already lodged our application.

Hi sa lahat, newbee here. Ask ko lang sana if possible makakuha ng 15 points sa education ang tulad kong section 3 ang school pero nakapasa naman ng board exam, civil engineer here. If possible, ano pong mga kailangan? Maraming salamat.

@inhinyero_sg thank you very much sa reply and information sir. medyo nawalan nko pag-asa dahil section 3 lang school ko. bali pwede ko po maclaim na AQF bachelor's degree level. may mga case po ba na khit board passer hindi naclaclaim ung AQF bachelor's degree? curious lang sir.

Hi! Pwede po bang magrequest ng sample statutory declaration of duties for the CDR? My employer only gives out generic COEs (without the duties) and I plan to just include a statutory declaration/affidavit from my supervisor. If anyone can send me a template, it would be a big help! Thanks so much!

@zballesteros I don't know if this can help, pero I graduated from a section 1 school this June lang. Nagpa assess ako agad using only school projects for my career episodes, and wala din ako PRC license. Di ako nagtake ng boards. Positive outcome naman at Bachelor's degree awarded saken.

@MLBS oo natagalan yun reply dahil sa RSEA. Dami hiningi na proof ng employment at sumaktong naka long vacation yun HR nung hiningan ako ng updated COE.

@Christian_Dave I don't think so. Ang alam ko lang na pwedeng magclaim ng 15 points na hindi section 1 school ay yung mga board passer eh. Kaso kung tama ako, walang board exam ang IE diba?

Kulang ka ba ng points? Baka pwedeng sa english exam ka nalang bumawi? Mahirap mag-overclaim, may mga narereject dahil dun.

Hi to all! tanong ko lang po, pwede ko po ba gamitin yung job descriptions ko to support my SCDR? Job descriptions as technician, as engineer and as supervisor all signed by my superiors. These are promotions since I started working on this company. Problem is hindi ito naka "official" letter head ng company, although there is a logo and company name, all from a single company. I also have the copies of memos indicating the dates and positions when I was promoted, hindi rin naka letter head pero signed by the company VP. Medyo hesitant po kasi ako kumuha ng reference letter sa HR kasi malalaman nila na i'm applying for migration.

Just in case, my I know your "reasons" or "styles" when getting reference letter from your HRs?

@donyx hello! Same tayo ng issue, hindi kami lumapit sa deployed employer ni hubby kasi takot din kami baka malaman nilang for migration, eh, contractual lang siya. Kaso may agency kasi kami, so humingi lang kami sa agency ng CoE.

Initially, binigyan lang nila kami ng generic CoE pero we tried manghingi with duties, kami pa ang nagprovide nung duties, okay naman.

Pero ito ang mga naiisip namin noon na irason:
- PR sa SG (dahil nasa SG kami pero upon checking, di valid, so out)
- loan sa PH (need ng CoE pero hindi naman yata kelangan ng duties pero since overseas kasi kami, di nila malalaman bakit)
- tell the truth sa Pinoy na boss ni hubby hoping he'll understand

In the end, hindi naman namin kinailangan. Siguro, isip ka ng mga possible reasons mo for back up pero once you request for it, wag ka magbigay ng details. Just tell them if they ask, if they did not, then good.

@donyx hi! reference letter on official company letterhead is a must even for scdr. if for assessment naman ng relevant skilled employment, mas madaming guidelines sa primary and secondary documents.

same kami ng hubby ni @jazmyne18 na contractual and under agency. nag draft ako ng coe and in-email ko si hr to put in the company's letterhead para official. 'di na din sila nagtanong kung para saan (swerte!).. though ready ako sabihin na para sya ece license ko sa pinas hehe.
