    @miranda82 I lodged my 309 last March 2017. CO requested for cenomar last June 23. Til now, no update pa.

    @miranda82 akala din po namin after magrequest ng additional docs, mabilis nalang. Pero eto, magsisix months na po ang waiting period. Di bale, pray lang tayo darating din po ang grant!

    hi guys, ask lang because I had a tourist visa valid until Nov. 2017 then I applied for 309/100 partner visa last June 29, 2017. makakaaepekto b yun sa decision ng visa ko?

    @miranda82 April 2017 applicant and still no update...I was asked for additional documents last July 21 pero until now we havent heard from our CO. We were also hoping na after they request for addtional docs it should only take days..pero wala pa..hopefully before december sana meron na..

    @TdTRN8 alam mo yung feeling na everyday when you wake up you keep hoping na sana today will be the day that you will receive the golden email, tapos kapag patapos na yung araw and no visa grant pa din nakakapanlumo.. yep like you we are hoping din na sana before Dec meron na..so we can be with our asawa's on Christmas.. :((

    @miranda82 .. ate ? In your medical exam with your kid. Anak nyo ba sa Australian? ? Kasi meron akong mga anak sa pinoy. . I wonder if mag request ang CO ng medical exam nila after I lodged.. wala pa kaming anak sa Australian husband Ko.

    Naku ! ganun ba talaga ka tagal mag-antay ng grant sa visa,,?? Siguro kunti lang yung ipinasa na mga supporting documents kaya medyo na delayed. . I hope ma grant na kayo sa mga nag-aaply na ..ako hindi pa. . Hehe . Kasi magprocess pa ako ng passport for change surname. Baka November pa ako mag lodged hopefully ..

    Panu nyo ginawa ang witness statement from family and friends in the philippines. Nagbigay ba kayu ng questionnaire sa kanila para esulat yung mga answer nila, ,? Like what kind of questions Po? Thanks..

    @pauline no my daughter is Pinay, from a previous relationship. Nagmedical cya because kasama cya sa application ko. Matagal processing ng partner visa. We lodged a complete application but it's not a guarantee that we will be granted the visa outright kasi merong standard processing time.

    Regarding the statement, there is a form. Search form 888, it has to be notarized/signed by a Justice of Peace

    @TotoyOZresident .. oo naglagay ako ng middle name Ko .. pagkatapos, naprint nila ang CNI with my complete name. . Wala namang problema. Certificate of No impediment to marriage yun. . Kaming dalawa ng partner ko nag-apply.

    @TotoyOZresident CNI for australian citizens..your partner can apply for that sa australian embassy..Cenomar nman para sa filipino you can apply for it online through PSA website (formerly NSO)..and yes dpat complete lahat ng info even the maiden name ng mother..but thats usually being asked lang naman sa mga filipino citizens..

    @TotoyOZresident .. oo sa pagkadalaga ng nanay Ko. . Middle name ng tatay Ko. Nilagay din namin. Apelyido sa pagkadalaga ng nanay ng partner Ko. Oo una kumuha ako ng cenomar sa psa. Para sa akin. Proof na hindi pa ako kasal dito sa pinas. Maiden name ng nanay Ko. .at cenomar Para sa partner Ko na australian .meaning hindi pa sya kasal sa pinas. Maiden name ng nanay nya. Ako ang kumuha ng two cenomar namin dito sa psa. . Nung nag-apply na kami sa embassy. . Pinakita nya ang divorce paper nya. If hindi pa nakasal sa Australia ang partner mo. . Dapat kumuha sya ng certificate of singleness ..I'm not sure what is it called. Basta proof na hindi pa sya ever nakasal sa Australia. If nakasal na.. divorce paper. .yun lang.

    If mag request ka ng cenomar ng partner mo dito sa psa. Ipakita mo lang valid id mo at valid id ng partner mo or even printed copy lang at request letter nya na magrequest sya ng cenomar dito sa psa kahit printed copy lang din. Yun lang.
