@dorbsdee I've been reviewing the 2335 job scope and somehow my tasks are linked to these:

*studying functional statements, organisational charts and project information to determine functions and responsibilities of workers and work units and to identify areas of duplication
*establishing work measurement programs and analysing work samples to develop standards for labour utilisation
*analysing workforce utilisation, facility layout, operational data and production schedules and costs to determine optimum worker and equipment efficiencies

I've asked others around na rin and they suggest to include my Unit Lead position na lang din since EA deemed it relevant.

Hello. May mga nakuha nakasi akong COE sa mga company ko. Tanong ko lang sana kung need ko pa ba ng stat declaration? Galing sa HR ung COE ko

@engr.len if detailed naman ung CoE mo (mentions full time, sweldo, duties and responsibilities, start and end date then with header ng company na may address, phone number etc), I guess okay na yan. No need for SD.

Hi po, maglo-lodge pa lang po ako ng EA, ask ko po sana about payslips..
Ilang payslips po ang ibibigay per company? ung latest lang din po ba or need na pa ing first payslip sa company?Thanks po in advance

Hi po. Need advise. I got my EA positive assessment but yung relevant skill work experience ko binigay nila 5 years lang instead of 9 years (same company lang) reason daw is kulang documents ko.. (may 4 years na income tax ako na hindi na submit).

Nag inquire na ko before DIPB if e follow ba nila ung EA result ko na 5 years lang which will give me less points or yung actual na 9 years work experience ko, reply nila DIPB pa din daw final na mag assesses.

Ask ko lang if same pa din ba ang process? Or nag re-rely na si DIPB sa result na binibigay ng EA for the no. of work experience. Thank you in advance sa sasagot.

@dreamer111114 ang ginawa ko po is 1 "representative" payslip per position per company. Pinili ko po mismo yung mga may benefits such as 13th month bonus, midyear bonus, and conversion of leaves. That way mababangga nila sa compensation ko yung mga benefits.

@dreamer111114 kami naman, 2 straight months payslips ang pinasa sa final year ni hubby sa dating company niya.

Good Morning sir/mam, baka lang may maka-help.

I was already assessed by EA, engineering technologist was my occupation per EA, however, yung napa-assess ko lang sa knila was my experience during august 16, 2010 until now. I have an experience pa dated feb 04, 2010 until july 30 2010. May I ask, pede ko pa ba ito ipa-assess? in case pede pa, Relevant Skilled Employment Assessment nalang ba pa-assess ko? same lang naman work background ko ng feb2010 to july2010 with august2010 until now. Magkaiba lang po company.

@Krisian pwede pa po kung di pa po kayo nagpassess ng skilled employment nyo, pero kung nagpaassess napo ko tapos additional assessment po, pwede pa rin po magiging secondary applucation po yun at di na kailangan ng fast track... Goodluck...

Good day po sa lahat! Katatapos ko lang po magtake ng IELTS nung September 30. Sa ngayon, hinahanda ko na po lahat ng documents na gagamitin ko para sa EA Assessment. May tanong lang po ako dun sa payment part, nabasa ko po kasi sa MSA Guide na via credit card daw po yung pagbabayad. Ang kaso po, walang may credit card samin. I'm thinking na baka pwede din po yung BDO Debit card since Mastercard naman po yun. Pwede po ba yung iniisip ko? Sana po may makasagot. Salamat po.

@Drew06 hello! I think pwede naman ung Debit card as long as Mastercard siya kasi afair, nung nagbayad kami for EA may choice sa dulo, andun naman ung Mastercard sa choices. Goodluck sayo!

Question lang guys, If dalawa yung engineering degree ko, may bearing ba yun sa assessment ni EA and may additional points ba yun? and need bang PRC passer ka, CE ako and SE.

@KlarkShark I don't think so. You'll get maximum of 15 points sa school. And hindi required board passer ka.

sana makatulong to'. sample IE CDR, huwag nyo nalang kopyahin kunan nyo lang ng idea, like format at paano nya pinakita na competent yung experience nya based sa CE... Goodluck...

@jazmyne18 CE as in career episode po ba? Nakagawa na po ako ng draft nung tatlo kong CE nung mid-September kasabay ng pagrereview ko ng IELTS. Sa ngayon 2 out of 3 palang po nafafinalize ko saka yung CPD. Bale ang kulang ko nalang po ay yung isa pang finalized CE at saka yung summary.

Hi! Pano po ba pumili ng pathway sa EA? Im a bit confused about it.. thanks.. im doing a research for my husband. Hes a graduate of ECE here in the Phils with 9 yrs exp as telecom systems/rail engineer.. can anyone help me po? Thanks
