Hello po! meron lang po ako questions since sooner or later magstart na din ako for this process.

    1. Do we need to get IELTS/PTE exam/results first before skills assessment?
    2. I've read the criteria and requirements sa CPAA for Accountant (general) and need po ba na complete yung mandatory req? If in any case na nagkulang ng isa possible po ba negative result sa skills assessment?

    Thank you po.

Good evening! I just want an honest advise in my case po. I'm 38 yrs old. Nag work po ako sa private companies mula 2001 to 2006 as Financial Analyst and General Accountant. I have DTI and ITRs and also billings for small clients ( sole proprietor lang sila and usually trading services) Sa Job description ng General Accountant meron dun preparation of tax returns for individuals which is isa sa mga ginagawa ko. Last year, I passed the CPA Board exam. My questions po

Madali lang naman mag pa assess sa CPA AU, gusto lang nila complete Docs to support your claims of bachelor's degree and work experiences like - syllabus, course mapping, detailed COE, diploma.

@benjfabian opo need talaga COE. Opo required yung detailed job description.

@benjfabian I understand, mahirap talaga.

Breakdown as follows:

    Age - 25 points
    Bachelor's degree - 15 points
Work experience (8 years or more) - 15 points
Proficient English (IELTS 7.0 or PTE 65) - 10 points
    Total = 65 points

Clarify ko lang po, sa education, ang need po is yung bachelor's degree and PRC CPA certificate. Hindi po kelangan ng accreditation.

Sa work experience as long as accountant po okay naman po yun.

If may asawa po kayo pwede kayo makaclaim ng additional 5 points if:

My partner is aged under 50
My partner has competent English ability
My partner can pass skills assessment in an occupation on the applicable Skilled Occupations List for my subclass.

Yung English po if you can get superior (IELTS 8.0 or PTE 79) you can get additional 10 points.

So potentially pwede po kayo umabot up to 80 points.
