Who can sponsor student visa, need help please

Hi guys. Im about to lodge my application. Kaso po ang sponsor ko is tita at tito ko po dto sa pilipina? Pwede pa po ba yun???? Student visa din po kasi ung kuya ko kaso di na po siya naabutan ng bagong law. Please please i really need your advise..

    Yes. pwede naman tita/tito kasi skin uncle q nagsponsor and approve naman.

    @Cassey hmmn so need ko po ba ng mga birthcert nila? And pictures mga ganun po ba? Kasi po ng pa notary po kami ng Affidavit of support galing po sa kanila.

    Hi maam @riza12345 hello po? My agent po ba kayo or diy lang po? Ako po kasi sarili ko lang po. Panu po ung proofs na ginawa niyo? Ok lang po ba na ipresent bank cert nila and naka notary na affidavit of support?

    yes may agent aq dito sa cebu. hiningi nila sa sponsor q is bank cert, 6months bank history, notarized affidavit of support, marriage cert, nso, certificate of employment, 3 months payslip.

    @cathking Kulang yung affidavit of support. Bukod diyan sa above post ni riza, birth certificate din nung kamag anak mo para ma establish kung paano kayo naging magkamag anak tsaka Tax return.

    @Cassey maam paanu po kung ung pera is nasa dollar account ng tita ko? Pero po padala saknya un ng mga anak niyang nasa US paano po yun maam kung ala po siyang certificate of enrollment?

    @cathking Hmmm, yun ang di ko alam, hehe Kung retired na sila, no need na to provide their COE. May mga educational consultancies na free ang service, pwede kang magbook ng appointment with them AECC and IDP para maiguide ka sa application mo.

    @riza12345 Ahh, lapit lang kami mga 20mins away. Don’t forget to declare yung foods, etc sa immigration once you arrive.

    @Cassey nope sa sydney po.. but mga pinsan ko po nasa melbourne po lahat.. dati sa melbourne din kuya ko kaso lumipat ng sydney kaya po doon me :) dapat nov. 16 ang commencement date ko kaso ung medical ko ngkaroon ng prob waiting for result this coming nov 27 para sa culture. Thank you po

    @riza12345 OO, meron silang ibibigay na incoming passenger card, ideclare mo lang lahat ng dala mo. Tsaka nood ka nung border and security sa youtube para magkaidea ka. :) Kapag may di kasi nadeclare malaki ang fine.

    @cathking hi so pwede pala talaga maging sponsor ang tito/tita kaht na parent or spouse lang nakalagay. Tito ko din sponsor ko kaso di ko po naitutuloy dahil dun sa new law. What uni ka pala tska ano course mo? Good luck on your application

    sino po dito may case na tita at asawa ng tita nya ang sponsor? yung tita ko po kasi ay ngretire na 8 years ago pero wala pa po syang pension. yung asawa nya po yung nagtratrabaho. pwede po kaya silang dalawa mging sponsor?

    @Ajit22 pwede asawa ng tita mo. actually pwede rin ang friends to sponsor basta maprove na may ACCESS sa funds ng sponsor.
