@mitchiboy I don't think its a ground for denial ang wrong address ng birth cert sa merriage certificate.. sa tingin ko kung mapansin ng CO yan baka ipa confirm/correct lang kasi ang importante ksi sa kanila is yung claim points mo,work exp, educantion, medical din syempre.. parang yung address is a minor thing lang sa pagkakaalam ko.

Hi Everyone, just a newbie here.
Currently my fiance and I are planning to move into Australia, and a bit lost on were to start. I have read the details about Skilled Independent Visa (189) but didn't see details about with partner.
Is it possible to ask for some guidance, on were to start?
thank you very much and more power to all

I suggest magpakasal kayo. Yan ang pinaka easy na way. If not, kanya2 kayo ng application nian kasi hindi valid ang fiance para masabay mo siya sa application. Hindi nga pwede kapatid or parents. Asawa at anak lang kasi pwede as dependent.

@markymon Hi. Pwede naman po kayong mag migrate together as partners. Since hindi pa kayo married, De facto relationship is the term you're looking to research about. Please see this link. Anjan yung mga basic information you need to understand before even collecting your documents. Just be mindful na dapat talaga maprove nyo yung relationship nyo. Basically yun lang naman yun, nasasainyo on how strong or what materials you are to present to immi.

To add, tama si @Blackmamba . Pinakamadali is magpakasal, so then marriage certificate lang ipapakita nyo to prove your relationship. Unlike sa defacto, mejo marami. Iniinclude pa dun yung stat declaration ng both parties family members, pictures, emails, text, itineraries etc etc.

@Blackmamba @markymon i know about de facto. Situation nila is onshore na yung misis nia. Siya naman nasa pinas pa. Kaso mahaba yung process. Its up to them kung san sila.

Refer kayo dun sa de facto thread for more info.

Iready mo lng marriage cert nio, at documents nia. At gawin mo siyang dependent para no nid na cya mag IELTS at mas mura visa fee siya kc dependent lng.

@Blackmamba you dont have to have surnames after the wedding kasi madami na yang documents. di uso dito na i carry yung name ng husband. you can be defactor without getting married but prepare heaps of documents to prove your genuine relationship. or can try civil for the mean time. its not free. if you’re applying for permanent visa, main applicant costs around $3600 and a dependet over 18 yrs old is around $1500. more info sa border.gov.au and check your skills kasi you need to have skills assesment to qualify for skilled migration

NSO docs ang isa sa pinaka powerfull supporting identity docs natin. so dapat meron tayo nian all the time.

about sa payment, and dependent is 50% less sa payment ng primary applicant(ikaw yun).

NSO docs ang isa sa pinaka powerfull supporting identity docs natin. so dapat meron tayo nian all the time.

about sa payment, and dependent is 50% less sa payment ng primary applicant(ikaw yun).
tapos no need na mag take ng IELTS yung dependent basta may college diploma lang at CEMI from college school niya. kahit nga hindi college graduate basta may highschool diploma lang at CEMI ng school from highschool valid parin.

Wala naman po ako need baguhin sa EOI ko diba since ask lang naman dun if may kasamang partner pag migrate?

    Thanks sir sa advice.

@Blackmamba I suggest just to go for a civil marriage for now. Just for documentation purposes. Make sure na nasa NSO and may copy na kayo ng marriage certificate nyo upon lodgement. Gaya ng sabi ni @kymme , no need to change names or update id's. Ganyan din kame ng wife ko as of now. We plan on changing her name pag nagrenew nalang ng passport dito.

I preferred NSO rather than the local registry kasi sila yung branch na humandle sa atin ng registry. Kung sa SG naman, I think that will suffice din as long as legible naman siguro yung document. If not, I don't think MC coming from SG will pose a problem.

@dy3p @dharweentm Balak po namin sa ROM kami, mahal po kasi sa embassy so di ko po alam if may kaso ba siya if di sa NSO at sa Registry of Marriage siya dito sa SG.
