@Grifter sorry to hear about your predicament. Bago ka mag-withdraw, try to reason out with the HR of your previous company. Exhaust all your options sayang din kasi un assessment and invite mo. Kung nasa role k na yun even before the documented date then maybe you can do a statutory declaration signed by your previous boss or colleagues?

@waderwander which state po? kay NSW po you need to prepare this documents and fill up the form sa link na kasama sa email nila.

The following documents are required for every application:

Bio-data page of your passport – please do not scan the entire passport.
Current skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority for your nominated occupation.
English language ability results – IELTS, PTE Academic, TOEFL iBT, Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE)* or OET.
Educational qualifications – certificates and academic transcripts.
Full curriculum vitae/resume.
Evidence to support all points-related claims that you make in your application.
To process your application without delay please:

Name each document appropriately – for example "passport", "employment" and "resume".
Ensure that each document is clear and easy to read.
Ensure that each document is either a colour copy of the original, or a certified black and white copy.
Where possible, upload the files as pdf documents and ensure that the size of the files are not too big, as this can significantly slow down the upload process.

and of course un $300 AUD processing fee. then wait again hehe. max processing time is 12 weeks.

@Grifter sorry to hear that. Exhaust all your options. Baka pwede mo kontakin yung mga dati mong supervisors and ask them to atest that you held that position longer than the HR thought. Or i-modify/ revise ang COE mo para ma-count ung yrs mo sa position na yun. Sayang ang ITA.
Though there’s still another chance sa ITA.. but eto na to e! Konting push nalang.

@Grifter i had the same situation. Been in 4 roles in my current company and now on my 5th. Nag claim ako ng points sa existing role ko lang ngayon and ung CoE ko hindi rin nka break down. Like yours, nakalagay lang employed from xxx to present. Nag lodge pa din ako ng visa kasi ang impt yung assessment ni ACS saken which justifies the points that i am claiming for the existing role. Btw, that is also the suggestion i got from my migration agent. Hope it helps.

@OZingwithOZomeness ay magkaiba pala ang pre-invite and ITA pag 190? Pre-invite lang kasi hindi pa nagbabayad and load ng docs. Oct 21 kmi nagsubmit ng EOI sa nsw..

@waderwander oo hehe pre-invite ung invitation from the state na applyan mo prior to skillselect ITA. Mabilis na galaw ng NSW now, sana mabilis rin sila mag approve ng State Nomination applications.

Good PM everyone here.. help naman po please.. ask ko lang about sa work experience. nakalagay kasi dun sa point test system na "Skilled employment in the last 10 years – outside Australia" ibig sabihin po ba nito yun work experience ko before past 10 years hindi ko macrecredit? kasi un mga latest experience ko hindi na related sa job na gusto ko ipa assess. thanks in advance sa makakapagreply sakin.

@daye00 san ka magpapa assess? Sa ACS? Sa pagkakaalam ko past 10 years lang from the date of submission. Lalabas din kasi sa result letter mo yung skill level requirement met date mo...

Parang " The following employment after Month Year is considered to equate to a work at an appropriate skill level..."

Regarding dun sa mali dun sa birth address namin sa marriage certificate.
kung hindi namin i-withdraw yung EOI namin, kapag nakita ba yun ng CO, will they deny us upfront or will they allow us to correct our entries? Given na worst case e 4-5 months ang pagpapatama, makakahintay ba sila ng ganoon katagal?

Or is it wise to withdraw muna our EOI for this?

@jellybelly thank you for you response... sa TRA ako magpapa assess target kasi makuha namin maximum point. Kaya lang napromote kasi ako Ng eng’r from assistant eng’r pero Mas matagal naging work ko as assistant eng’r kaya Ang plano ko ipaasses sana un electronic trade instrument. Kaya lang lagpas na sa past ten years un work ko na un malamang hindi nila include na un. Un latest Na work ko as eng’r naman not enough pa for maximum target point namin.

@daye00 Oh ok. Naku hindi ko sure paano strategy pag sa TRA. Maganda siguro magtanong ka sa mga nag apply sa same skill na balak mo din applyan. Nakalista naman yun sa trackers. Goodluck!
