@mitchiboy walang kaso yan. Importante jan is married kayo. At may tatak ng NSO. Kung gusto mo sure talaga, ipa notarize mo pa. He he! Hindi na titignan ang address nian kung tama ba o hindi.

@nicstee i have a housemate before na nag apply ng de facto sa new zealand. Ang mga hiningi sa kanya ng CO is mga pictures nila before. CHAT logs nila. Joke nga niya, may silbe rin daw pala paminsan2 ang selfies. Ha ha! Ayun, na grant naman siya at andun na cya sa nz.

In your case para madali. Magpakasal na kayo para madali. He he! May kilala ako na nagpa kasal agad2 para madali ang process. Hi hi. Pero yun din, pag agad2 ang kasal nio. Need nio parin iprove kung bakit kayo nagpa kasal agad. Kasi yung sila, hiningan din ng proof sa relasyon nila.

@nicstee nagtanong din ako dati nyan kasi de-facto and LDR kami. Pero ang case ko 457 sya ako magapply ng 189. Andaming de-facto documents and pag de-facto daw critical ung nag cohabitate kau.

ang important is meron daw kayo stat dec both family
stat dec from friends
pictures/convos/trips together/flight tickets/itinerary
proof that you share expenses regularly / bank accts / monhtly installment plan sa condo etc

in short too much work pag de-facto so ako na lng at ndi ko na sya sinama sa application ko since andun naman na sya.

It's true na mas madali pag kasal na kau.. doesnt matter kung gano kbilis kau nagpakasal kasi ang ipapakita nyo nman as proof is marriage certificate.

@silverblacksoldier @Bonifacio nakulangan yung claimed work experience, instead na 8+ yrs, naging 7 yrs na lang..

share ko lang po a.. yung isang company ko kase i had 3 roles. ung 3rd role lang ang ike claim ko sana. ang evidence lang na meron ako para lang sa 3rd role - certificate of employment, jd, company id, saka bank statement.

yung coe at jd na in-issue sakin ay hindi naka breakdown un 3 roles ko, at covering my entire employment period.. parang ganto "ms x has been employed from 2005-2011. at the time of leaving, she held the position of 3rd role.." hindi naka reflect dun kelan naging effective si 3rd role, or the other roles.. so nanghinge ako docs sa company, nagbigay kahapon. yun nga lang, dun ko lang nakita na ung 3rd role ko effecive pala ng nov 2009. ang nasa eoi ko ay aug 2008. kahit sa cv ko eversince ay aug 2008 ang nilalagay ko para sa 3rd role, pati nga ung cv na naipasa ko sa EA, pano kaya un?
iniisip ko baka late ng naging official si 3rd role, pero nag function ako since aug 2008...

i've waited 6mos for this ita, took several ptes (proficient pa din ~X( ) tapos eto sablay pa din, hayst.. yung files ko manually pa nila hinanap sa filing room. sa system nila 3rd role lang ang nagrereflect.. naisip ko tuloy, sana pala hindi na ko naghanap ng further evidence.. oh well..

moving on, pano po gagawin ko sa existing eoi ko na may ita? i withdraw ko po ba tapos gawa ako ng bago? or let it expire tapos dun pa lang ako makaka gawa ng bago?

@Grifter naku bad news nga yan. is there any way na makausap mo ung company nyo na baguhin ung date para sa 3rd role para maclaim mo ung 8 years that is considering na dun sa date ka talaga nagsimula. As you know medyo mahaba ang pila sa 2335 at mas mahaba ang pila ng mga 60 pointers. But you can always take PTE para extra 10 points at sure invite na. Goodluck. Fighting for our dreams!

@Grifter Sorry to hear that sis..If hindi naspecify ang roles mo sa COE at yong 3rd / final role lang nilagay, baka pwd mo yong gamitin..yon din kasi ang nangyari sa frend ko..2 roles cya pero ang huli ang nireflect sa COE kaya much better din para mahaba ang experience mo..
