    @davos_uno - wala pa nmn akong nabasa dito na sa likod nagpa-stamp at na-reject for EA assessment..

    pero meron yata sa ibang assessing agency (like Vetasses) di ko lang maaalala try mo i-search dito s forum., hindi nmn yata nila ni-reject yung assessment, pinaulit/pinaresubmit lang yata ung documents with stamp sa harap..

    ang sa tingin ko, hindi lang nila nakita na may stamp sa likod..

    so kung ayaw mo talga ipaulit.. eto ang suggestion ko, maglagay ka ng coverpage na may note na nasa likod ung stamp, kuha ka rin ng calling card nung notary, at i-attached mo sa parang cover letter..

    magandang araw po...ask ko lang po pano po kaya gagawin ko kapag ung certificate of employment ko eh general lang..kasi nung humingi ako sa HR ayaw nila ilagay ung brief description ng job ko kasi daw may general lang sila na template para dun?help naman po kung ano gagawin ko?..your help will be greatly appreciated..Thanks po

    @marycelp18 - eto ang ginawa ng iba ask one of these to sign your detailed job description
    In this order:
    1. manager
    2. supervisor
    3. or a colleague..

    of course you need to provide also their contact information para incase mag verify ang DIAC they can call them..

    mas maganda kung you can print this in your company letter head.. hingi ka sa HR.. or gayahin mo ang template same ng generic letter na binigay nila syo..

    i would say 'job description' .. of course pag isusubmit mo na yan.. pag sasamahin mo ung COE+Job desc documents (from the same company)..

    Hi All,

    This is my first post here, sorry if I will be asking a lot of question in my first shot. :) I'm considering to migrate to Australia and confused on how to get my skills assessed by Engineers Australia. Need help with the following concerns:

    1. In their website, It says you can just upload the documents, however some say you need to send by courier? So which one is correct / recommended?

    2. My Employment certificates does not have statement of work, and the companies I worked with in the past are closed or will not provide this info: e.g. "Intel Philippines", "Chartered Semiconductor in Singapore. So how can I work this out?

    3. CDR and other supporting documents? Any references I can use.

    4. I'm currently unemployed. Is it good to submit now, or I need a job before submitting?
    (btw, Im still preparing for my IELTS)

    5. DO you guys process your papers by your self or with some help of Australian Immigration Agents?

    Appreciate your responses,

    yes thats what i did.. by signing the form, you are authorizing them to do the transaction on your credit card..

    ANS: the process is via paper application at the time na nagapply ako eh paper application (courier), so baka un po ang nabasa mo.. the best thing to do is go to EA website and check kung online application na ba, at hindi na kailangan magsubmit ng papers..

    2. My Employment certificates does not have statement of work, and the companies I worked with in the past are closed or will not provide this info: e.g. "Intel Philippines", "Chartered Semiconductor in Singapore. So how can I work this out?
    ANS: you can create an affidavit, signed by someone who can vouch for your actual job/performance/skills... it can be your previous manager/supervisor/senior colleague/colleague.. of course they should include their contact info for verification.. then have the papers, notarized by a lawyer..

    3. CDR and other supporting documents? Any references I can use.
    ANS: download the Migration booklet from EA..it contains information needed in creating your CDR.. or google examples of CDR for your nominated occupation..

    4. I'm currently unemployed. Is it good to submit now, or I need a job before submitting?
    (btw, Im still preparing for my IELTS)
    ANS: It does not matter, as long as you satisify the work experience requirement by EA and DIAC.

    5. DO you guys process your papers by your self or with some help of Australian Immigration Agents?

    ANS: some processed their applications without agent.. like me, i did everything on my own.. others chose to hire an agent..
    it really depends on your case, if you don't have time.. and if you have money to pay for the agent....

    Palagay ko pwede sir, kasi wala naman sinabi na kailangan e card lang nung nag-papa-assess yung tatanggapin nila. Pero siyempre kelangan meron consent nung may-ari nung card.


    Maiba naman ako para sa ibang idol natin diyan....

    Mga idol yung sa CDR niyo ba at yung Summary Statement, Application Form, at iba pa e pwede print na lang ng black and white or kailangan pa ba e colored? May nagpasa na ba ng black and white print out for these at tinanggap naman? Salamat sa mga makakasagot mga idol.

    kailangan ng signature ng cardholder diba?
    so i guess basta naka-pirma sya dun sa application form me, eh wala ng problem un..

    Salamat ng marami idol, binasa ko naman ng ulit ulit yung migration skills assessment booklet ng EA, wala naman sinabi. Baka lang kasi meron naka-experience na hindi tinanggap. :D

    Grabe CDR, kaunti na lang at matatapos na... Matutuyuan ka pala dito.. =))

    Hi mga bossing...May taga cebu po ba dito?...I am looking for a lawyer/law firm here in Cebu that can authenticate my papers for EA. I prefer na may-experience na yung lawyer/law firm in authenticating Australian visa applicants (especially for EA). I am not using an agency kasi so wala akong mapag-tanongan. Thanks.

I found it a good site for pinoys helping each other sa plan n dream of migrating to land down under...at yun rin po ang plan ko with my wifey n our daughter to try our luck to Oz...kaya eto join sa site na to get more infos about Oz., at very helpful ang forum discussions dto, im still catching up pakonti konti....
    Ask lang po, anu2x po docs reqts ang dpat ko iprepare kc ako ang main applicant...ece po ako but check ko sa SOL parang dun sa prodn or plant engr pasok yung current JD ko...pa help nga po ng sa mga docs na kelangan ko iprepare....lahat po ba ng docs reqts ay kasama na issubmit with CDR sa EA?

    first thing is to download and read the migration skills assessment booklet..

    Basic requirements:
    1) DIploma/TOR
    2) COE with detailed job description and other supporting documents.
    3) Your Career Episodes (CDR), Summary and Application form
    4) IELTS score to be forwarded from your testing center to EA.

    Mga idol magandang hapon. Ako'y may katanungan lang about sa Skills Assessment.

    Yun sa "Relative Skills Assessment" mayroon kasing clause na "...positions should not be described by generic titles (eg, Engineer) but according to the nature of the duties undertaken (eg, Assistant Project Engineer – Civil)," doon sa booklet.

    Yung COE kasi na nakuha ko is generic yung title na nilagay ni employer "Associate Design Engineer" at "Project Engineer" at yung hours per week hindi ko na din naipalagay sa former employers ko. Though I got everything ok naman including the main five duties undertaken and all those details.

    Iluluwa ba ni EA itong ipapasa ko or is there a chance na tatanggapin naman nila ito at isusugal ko na ba? Nasa ibang bansa din ako and I will be having my vacation na in 2 weeks at dun ko na sa pinas aayusin pagnagkataon e ipapasa ko din, e ang hirap kumuha ng COE sa previous employers ko at tatagal na naman pagnagkataon. Do you think these things I have discussed are grounds for non-acceptance? Sayang kasi 850aud. hehe!

    medyo tumagal ang skills assessment ko sa EA. I have submitted my documents to EA last August 16, 2012. Tapos ngayong December 6 lang ako naka-receive ng email from them pero hindi pa finalized. bago daw i finalized, kailangan ko muna daw palitan ang nominated occupation ko from Telecommunications Engineer to either of the following:

    1. Communications Specialist
    2. Telecommunications Network Engineer

    Because I'm quite obsessed with the word "engineer", I chose the latter. lol. talaga bang ganung katagal ang assessment sa EA? yung ibang assessment body kasi tulad ng ACS parang mabilis lang, nakikita ko sa mga timeline ng iba halos 1 month lang. On the other hand, ok lang sa akin na medyo magtagal kasi kasi gusto kong makaipon muna ng pocket money sa OZ kung sakali mang ma-grant ang VISA. at gusto kong icherish ang time kasama ang pamilya dahil pag andun na sa OZ, yung homesickness ang vpinakaunang kalaban.

    June 30, 2012- Took IDP IELTS Exam in Clark, Pampanga
    July 12, 2012- IELTS Results (L-9, R-7, W-8.5, S-7.5, OB:8.0)
    August 16, 2012- Submitted document for Engineers Australia Skills Assessment (Telecommunications Engineer)
    Dec. 18, 2012- Officially received positive assessment result from EA. Work experience count was wrong, made an appeal to EA.
    Jan. 4, 2013- Submitted EOI
    Jan. 7, 2013- received invitation to apply for Subclass 189 Skilled Migrant Permanent Visa
    Feb 21, 2013- Received correct Assessment Outcome from EA
    March 1, 2013- Received confirmation from DIAC re Visa Application
    April 8, 2013- CO Allocated (Team 6- Adelaide)
    April 12, 2013- Medical Exam
    April 28, 2013- Submitted NBI Clearance
    June 27, 2013- Submitted Saudi PCC
    July 2, 2013- VISA GRANTED!

    @joestrummer - mukhang okay namn ang mga job title mo.. hindi naman masyadong generic na basta "engineer" lang...

    @Sungsung - congrats! malapit na yan..
    normally 16 weeks ang process ng EA.. may mga times na mas mabilis...
    pero average lang ang 4 months..

    @lock_code2004, ahhh so normal lang pala na ganun katagal. saktong 16 weeks nga yung akin, from August 16 to December 6. pero hindi pa finalized kasi nagkamali ako sa nominated occupation ko. Nigerian pa yata yung pangalan nung taga EA na naka-assign sa mga docs ko. akala ko nga scam email na naman, nung tiningnan ko from EA pala. hahaha!
