@pangky_town this might be a breach of contract with your agent. I am a registered migration agent myself and I have this clause and in my contract that they have to inform me first before liaising directly with assessing authorities or DIBP. This is set out in the contract not because we're protecting the fees we'll be charging the client but more because baka gumulo yung case. The best way to approach this is to ask your agent if ikaw maglodge or just end the contract with them.

@Heprex I have to be honest, if one requires and expects the agent to work in a professional manner on his/her behalf, same is also expected on the client. It's a 2 way stream for any relationship (business or professional) to work

Hi po, ginagawa ko po yung CDR ko po ngayon.. Tanong ko lang po mga ilang pages po lahat2 yung documents ng CDR? approximate lang po....tsaka pwedeng ako lang yung mag process sa EA? or recommended mag agent para walang problema? Thanks po sa sasagot

@jeplii usually isang episode 2-3 pages, summary statement 2 pages. all in all approx. 11 pages...

kaya mo yan mag isa.... d naman ganyan ka technical ang agent mag advise sa CDR mo... more on process sila on how to lodge and documentation...

basahin mo ang booklet ng Engineers australia about Migration skilled assessment, andun lahat d ka magkakamali...

1. Ask ko lng po if this will be the correct invitation round date for nov.1, 15, 29 for visa 189?

2. Another question po since in my case, I created 2 separate EOI and submitted EOI 189 in May while my EOI 190 in September 2017, dapat po b icancel or suspend ko na ung EOI ko for visa 190 application since mlapit n po un invitation round ko for 189 or should I just leave it as is kahit may ITA n for 189? Hindi po b ito mgkakaconflict with my assessment with CO or DIBP?

1. October 31 ng gabi mag send na yan sila ng invite... mga 9pm pinas tym usually nagsend na yan sila...

2. wait muna ng invite saka mo yan problemahin, d naman nila chinecheck yan kahit nasa pool ka na, iba nga dalawa invite 190 at 189, hinahayaan na lang nila ma expire ang ayaw nila...

@jeplii mga 4-5 pages siguro, pero depende rin sa pag construct mo. According to MSA booklet, 1 CDR should have a minimum of 1000 words and a max of 2500 words.
And OO, hindi mo na need mag agent pag mag process ka sa EA.

@PinoyMech usually pag na grant un visa may 1 year ka to make an initial entry para ma activate un residency sa au. after nun pwede ka kasi bumalik ulit to work overseas kung gusto mo hanggat valid un visa mo.

Anu po bang address ang idedeclare ko as my usual country of residence at residential address, yung sa pilipinas po ba o sa Australia? At panu po nila malalaman kung onshore o offshore ako nag apply. Nope @PinoyMech , it'll be based whichever the earliest you secured your PCC or Medical results.

Good PM everyone here.. help naman po please.. ask ko lang about sa work experience. nakalagay kasi dun sa point test system na "Skilled employment in the last 10 years – outside Australia" ibig sabihin po ba nito yun work experience ko before past 10 years hindi ko macrecredit? kasi un mga latest experience ko hindi na related sa job na gusto ko ipa assess. thanks in advance sa makakapagreply sakin.

Hello, question po ulit! Sa mga nag pa assess for computer network and systems engineer with ACS and kung BS ECE... nabasa ko kasi yung section na:

Thesis or Research Project Abstract
When the qualification includes a thesis or research project, an abstract of the thesis or research project is required. The abstract should be endorsed by the primary supervisor where possible. The name of the University and the date of the thesis publication or project completion should appear on the front page of the abstract.

Hindi ko na kasi mahanap yung hard copy ng thesis namin, nor yung soft copy.. and wala na akong contact sa mga thesis-mates ko nung college.. mga 7 years ago na kasi yun.. May mga naka experience ba na di nagpasa ng thesis pero pasado for ACS assessment?

Sorry kung nasagot na ito in the past pages pero nag backtrack ako ng mga ilang pages wala naman ako nakita at wala kasing search dito.. salamat!:)

Hi guys.im about to lodge an EOI with a relatively high score.. kaso pregnant sis misis now 4 months.. need ko ba isama sa eoi ko ung unborn child ko? And if mainvite ako next round, anu kaya magiging issue kasi april pa ang panganganak ni misis? Thanks po sa magrereply..

@ivandemarco no need to include your unborn child as yet. When you get an invite, lodge your visa application as per normal. Once a case officer has been assigned to you, advice him/her of the pregnancy and that your wife won't be able to undergo health check until after birth. They will advice you what to do and documents to provide once your child is born.
