  We have a room available on Dec 22nd for rent in our brand new double storey home at Edmonson Park.
  Female only 160 single per week all inclusive with utilities and NBN internet. Room comes with ducted cooling/heating airconditioning room, queen size bed, side table, lampshade and built-in-robe.
  
  5-10 min walk to bus stop. 10-15 mins walk to train station.. Direct line going to city 40 mins travel.

  Hi,
  I have a room for rent available on 18 Feb. 2018. Located in Kogarah NSW, 7 minutes walk to train station, shops, banks. 15-20 minutes travel by train to Sydney CBD.10 minutes drive to Sydney airport.220 per week including electricity,water and internet. We had a flat mate who was on the same situation as yours, but his family will be following him here soon so he need to move on a bigger place. We also assisted him to find a job, lucky he had one 4 days after arrival. We are a family of 4, we speak Tagalog at home. I'm a nurse in the nearby hospital in the area.
