@chococrinkle if you say your still in the same job, ang dapat lumabas sa renewal assessment is 2007-2017. This is the reason why I'm confused and cannot just give an advice easily. There is something sa info ma na hindi tumutugma.

@juvylibrarian Andito yung list ng websites of each state. Check mo kung may state na nagssponsor ng occupation mo http://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Work/state-territory-government-agencies

If meron and nameet mo requirements ng state na yun, magsubmit ka ng EOI sa Skillselect, tapos magsubmit ka ng sponsorship application directly sa state. Nasa website nila yung link para makasubmit ka ng application. NSW lang ang walang separate application. Lahat ng ibang states kailangan nagsubmit ka ng EOI sa Skillselect and nagsubmit ka ng application sa state.

@juvylibrarian be mindful that you need to have your skills assessed first before lodging your EOI. Passing the points test isn't the only pre-requisite. Your skills have to be positively assessed as well. You could either just apply for 190 or 489 visa subclass.

Hi po! Ask ko lang sana.. hiningan kasi ako ni CO ng police clearance sa isang country na nagstay ako for 10months lang.. pwede ko ba siya i-email kung pwedeng di ako magprovide ng police clearance para sa bansang un since less than 12months ang stay ko doon?.. thank you po!

hello guys, with the points system sa education and skills, i claimed 15 points sa education and 10 points sa work experience. I have a bachelor degree (Phils - acctg) and masters degree (Aus - MBAC), my questions are:
1. i claimed work experience after my bachelor degree, is it correct that i can claim the ten points? medyo naguguluhan lang ako iyong term na you can only claim work experience after your qualification has been assessed as equivalent to AQF. my bachelor degree is assessed as equal to AQF bachelor degree.

2. my qualification assessment date and skills assessment date is also different because i updated them with my australian experience, hindi ba ito maquestion?

hindi ko kasi sure kung iyong maclaim ko na work experience is right after ng bachelor degree.

@marimari may reason po ba kung bakit hindi makapag provide ng police clerance for
that country? like hindi talaga sila nagiissue kapag 10 months stay lang. if so, just provide your justification maybe by means of an email from that country's police force na they cannot issue that document. kasi po hindi talaga naten alam ang hihingin ng CO meron dito 6 months stay lang hiningian pa din. best is if we can provide just upload it sa immiaccount kesa ma 2nd CO contact ka pa.

actually nakakakuha po ako ng police certificate before we leave.. pwede po ba na yun ang isubmit or dapat dated this year din?..

@marimari ang alam ko 28 days lang ang binibigay ng CO to complete the additional documents na maupload kung 3 mons. pwede naman na iprovide mo yung mga evidence na nagapply ka na at you're just waiting for the issuance. kasi i think kung ang reason lang eh dahil matagal baka hindi tanggapin ng CO yun. please always remember na nirerequire nila yun for some reasons na hindi din naten alam. basta hindi pa expired pwede pa yan. kaso kasi yung IED binabase nila sa police clearance expiration or medical which ever is earlier. comply na lang po tayo para less hassle na din in the process.

Ive already inquired with vetassess they recommended that I should take another points test advise since the one I just had was only a renewal of the skills assessment, based on what was previously issued (last 2014) and the assessed skills that time was from 2004 to 2014 only. So the remaining covered years for the past 10 years is from 2007 to 2014 only. I will submit within the week. Another concern is I already lodged my EOI and have applied already with SA for State Sponsorship. I dont know if I will receive an ITA with my renewed skills assessment and a recent COE that Im still with the same job and company, claiming 15 points for employment. If ever I will have an ITA this month, I will just wait for the new points test advise to be released (6 to 8 weeks) before lodging, pasok pa naman sa 6 days period of the ITA. Thanks

@chococrinkle I actually do not understand how come you have a new outcome from VETASSESS and at the same time a pending EOI and state sponsorship application. Sorry, I can't follow na. I will never put any of my case in such circumstance kasi e. Dapat before mag EOI and state sponsorship tapos na dapat muna any dealings with VETASSESS otherwise the case will be messy. Agents see points advice as another money making opportunity from VETASSESS. The outcome of such advice is no different to what agents advice clients and take note, this is just a partial service of what agents provide. The only advantage with engaging an agent is you get support and peace of mind from start to finish. Imagine if magpapa points test advice ka ulit, sad to say yung amount na nagastos mo na with VETASSESS, it would have put into getting an agent from the start

@akoaypinoy @marimari yes, you are given 28 days to reply in the s56 letter request however you can just write a cover letter to explain why you need more time. With regards to police clearance, it is valid for 1 year. It's somehow strange why the case officer is asking for a police clearance when under a year ka Lang dun sa country. All I could assume is that perhaps oversight in the part of the case officer. Hindi ba sa application ang ilalagay mo Lang sa list is countries you've been in for more than 12 months? Baka since you added it on the list tapos Hindi Lang nahanap ng case officer yung matching police clearance, the flag was raised na without even looking on the dates you provided. I would also add this clarification on your cover letter when you ask for an extension. Good luck.

@RheaMARN1171933 I submitted an EOI because I already have a RENEWED skills assessment with points test advise from vetassess from 2007 to 2014 only plus the current coe, thinking that it could suffice already to claim 15 points since I have over 10 yrs experience to date, with the same occupation that previously had a positive skills assessment. Though along the way I was thinking just to be sure I should have a points test advise that would reflect on the assessment my employment from 2007 to 2017 kaya I am following what vetassess answered on my inquiry. I spent 80aud for the renewal and will pay 380aud for the points test advise. Still much cheaper compared with having an agent which I could not afford at 2800+ aud. Thats the rate one agent gave me. Admittedly its easier to have an agent but for us who could not afford kaya we do DIY and also rely on advises from those who have gone through the process. Thanks a lot for your inputs. :-)

@chococrinkle ah ok, thanks for clarifying.it gets quite confusing when you just read the information instead of having all the documents in front of you. I know what you mean with agent fees. I am appalled myself of how much the average fees agents charge. Mind you, not all charge that high. I myself engaged an agent in my PR journey many years ago and only paid $1,000. That time considered mura na yun. now that I'm an agent myself, that's a promise I keep to myself, to keep fees low. In fact May special rate ako with Filipinos dahil I know how it's like to be an applicant. In saying this, not all are expensive. Minsan you could even avail of partial service lang, all depends on what the agent is willing to provide and tailor for the client's budget.

@mhiang after nyo po mag PTE, magpapaassess po kau muna sa EA.. kapag may positive na result na po sa EA saka po kau magEOI kasi required ang assessment ng skills mo sa EOI..

marami naman po dito na d nagagent at positive naman ang result.. kaya nyo po un..

@freeiann that's not possible, I'm afraid. You can only claim partner points if occupation is on the list and skills have been assessed as equivalent to that of Australian standards.

Hello po. Question po sa mga nag submit ng PH ITR, diba ang requirement ng dibp is to submit scanned colored copies? Yung itr po is gray and black. How did you submit yours? Nag pa ctc nalang ba kayo? Then if niresize ko yung itr to letter size, have it ctc, then scan ok lang ba yun? Hoping for your inputs. Thanks
