VISA CONDITION

in Working and skilled visas
Hi. I would like to ask anyone, my Skilled-nominated (subclass 190) visa has a condition of 2-year RESIDENCY. Does it mean I have to reside in Sydney or Australia for 2 years straight or years can be accumulated? Thanks.

Oct 28, 2016 : VETASSESS results: Positive
(waited for ACT to open on July 2017, but tried NSW while waiting)
Jun 02, 2017 : Lodged EOI for State Sponsorship Visa (NSW) : claiming 60pts.
Jun 22, 2017 EOI selected. ITA for NSW Nomination
Jun 29, 2017 : Approval of NSW Nomination. ITA for a Skilled-Nominated (Subclass 190) Permanent Visa
Jul 5, 2017 : Lodged visa application
Processed Medical, SG and PH police clearances, and Form 80
Aug 19, 2017 : Submitted SG and PH Police Clearances and Form 80
Oct 18, 2017 : Visa Granted (Skilled-Nominated [Subclass 190] Permanent Visa)

    Nakaspecify na ba sa visa na you have to live for two years in your sponsoring state? Dati kasi wala -hindi nakaindicate sa visa so lumalabas na parang moral obligation to comply kasi nga tinulungan ka ng state to meet the needed points if nasa visa, you must comply kasi it might used against your citizenship later on.

    @fgs Hi. Thanks. Nagresearch na rin ako. NSW kasi sponsor state ko. It is not specifically stated sa Visa, sabi lang din kasi saken na may 2-year residency requirement. But upon researching, meron nga.
