Guys, pag po ba nag-update ako ng eoi na walang magiging effect sa overall pts ko ay hindi mababago and DOE ko? Nag-iba na po kasi ako ng job title pero same company pa rin at same department. At saka sa pagupdate po ba ay ilalagay ko na rin yung bagong job title ko kahit di naman sya kasama dun sa napaassess ko kay Engineers Australia? Thanks po!

Hi, I would like to inquire about statutory declarations for ACS. My husband is hired by an agency and he works for their client, which is a bank in Singapore. Kailangan ba connected sa agency nila ang magbibigay ng statutory declaration?

Bali may senior colleague na kasi sana sya na pwedeng magbigay ng statutory declaration but that colleague is a regular employee of the bank/client; he is not connected to my husband’s agency.

@jiza the person does not have to be connected with the agency but must have worked closely with your husband ideally on a supervisory role.

Hi Good Day po, question lang po, sorry kung nasagot na po to before..

Pwede po ba ako mag apply ng 189 and 190 at the same time? 65 points po kasi ako currently, balak ko po sana mag apply ng 189 and habang waiting list ako ng 189, mag apply din ako ng state sponsorship para plus 5 points po.

@Captain_A thank you sir, ask ko din po, lets say nag lodge na po ako ng visa 189, then nabigyan na ako ng +5 points for state sponsorship, mag lodge lng po ako ulit ng visa 190 nun?

@aj.skywalker If you mean by "lodge" ay nakatanggap ka na ng ITA (Invitation to Apply) and you submitted docs and paid for the 189 visa and you changed your mind that you want to go via 190 instead, bear in mind na walang refund sa fees https://www.timpsonimmigration.com.au/can-i-get-a-refund-for-a-visa-application/.

Pero if your mean na you have submitted EOI via Skill Select and waiting for ITA wala naman problema. In fact, pwedeng marami ang i-tick mo na pathways for consideration at kung saan mauna magbigay ng ITA dun ka apply/lodge ng visa.

Hello @NoelRubio, question lang nung nagpa-assess ka sa ACS, ung mga docs na pinasa mo eh notarized lahat? nagiisip kasi ako baka pwdeng hndi lahat or may specific lang na docs ang notarized... ang mahal kasi dito... thanks

@Bambi 60 points makes you eligible but these days they don't invite 189 visa applicants with less than 70 points

Hi ced,

Just to give clarification ah. Baka malito ka between "notarized" and "certified copy".

Ang mga notarized lang na docs ko for ACS ay yung mga Reference Letters.
Yung Reference Letter, ito yung letter na may jobs and responsibilities from your manager/supervisor/team lead na dapat kasama ng COE mo (certificate of employment) in case walang jobs and responsibilites ang COE mo. And when you say notarized, eto yung may "subscribed and sworn before me".

Pero yung documents below, hindi need i-notarized pero kelangan certified copy.
1. COE
2. Birth Certificate
3. Diploma
4. Transcript
5. Passport

@ced you only notarize documents when a colleague from previous/current work is writing a statement about your employment in lieu of the actual employment letter. Otherwise, all evidences i.e. Employment letters, passport copy, transcripts etc. only need to be certified.

Pwede bang mag submit ng dalawang EOI na parehas visa 189, pero each has a different ANZSCO code?

For example:
Submitted EOI. (189 | 75 | 261312 Developer Programmer)
Submitted EOI. (189 | 75 | 261313 Software Engineer)

Probably use a different email address account for each?

hi po. Kaka move ko lang ng Au. I’m on partner’s visa. Bale medtech ako sa pinas 3 yrs exp lang. tas nag work ako sa Sg pero hindi na medtech. @joanna79 are you applying for skills assessment or more in looking into how to qualify to be able to work in Australia? Since you're on partner visa, there is no requirement to undergo skills assessment for migration purposes. You might just want to enquire directly to AIMS to find out what you need to do to be able to work in your occupation. Best of luck

Tapos meron daw ako unfinished application pero lag nireresume ko or icancel, nageerror na. I can’t proceed with the application because of this. I tried e-mailing them last night but still no response. Help po
