@GoldSeeker hi! Sa pagkakaalala ko, you can't tick no. Matick mo pero di ka makaproceed, so pwede mo lagay nalang ung BReN sa birth certificate tulad ng ginagawa ng lahat.

Ive been working as an Assistant in Nursing since Oct 2016 but only as a casual and I dont intend to claim points for this. Do I just state that duration of employment is iyr even if I dont work full-time? Im not sure how much hours I have already done as nursing assistant. Thank you po

Hi again. Anyone here knows or heard about AMVS Legal? Nakikita ko kasi madalas ads nila sa fb na they offer PR + Working Visa in Australia. Legit kaya yun? Nagtry din kami husband ko mag inquire though, 20k AUD all-in ang package nila.

@Chew just a tip, if you're looking to stay in Australia for good, don't opt for a working visa if you're qualified to apply for a permanent visa.

What if expired na yung PCC today, but nung naglodge last Nov. valid pa din. Need pa kumuha bago PCC? Tagal kasi nung processing eh

@SAP_Melaka unfortunately you would need a valid PCC. The case officer will never grant a visa on an expired PCC. At some point you'all be asked to provide for a new one so either you provide this now or wait until the case officer asks you to do so. Same goes for medical clearance, it also needs to be current upon visa grant.

Hello po, question po regarding bank statement as supporting document sa employment. Referring po ba ito sa payroll account? If yes, Aling months po ang need ung first 6month from the time na na-employed ka and ung last 6month from the resignation date? Lets say I've been employed sa company for 6years from November 2010 to December 2016.

Hi. Question para sa mga may dependent. Nung nagupload kayo documents para sa spouse niyo, saan niyo inupload yung education related documents? or hindi na ba kelangan? wala kasi sa categories.

@migoboy hi, yes po. Birth cert, proof of functional english, marriage cert, passport, then nbi & sg coc sa akin. Same lang naman ang categories ng dependents sa main applicant. Sa visa ito, I assume?

@jazmyne18 yes, sa visa. Sa dependent ang meron lang Evidence of Character, Birth/Age, Relationship, Travel doc tsaka Language Ability-English. Kaya yung mga diploma, TOR and COE sa other documents na lang namin inupload.

Should all scanned docs (whether colored or B&W) be certified? Or scanned colored docs are ok without certification?
Cant find any info on the website regarding this.

Now that July 2018 is coming (new policies), which is better once you received Invitation To Apply for visa (ITA):

1. Magpa medical muna, COC, para iwas CO contact. Then, lodge for visa, OR
2. Lodge the visa now, then medical, COC later, para iwas July 2018 new policies

Am I affected by the July 2018 new policies (if there are any) if I already received ITA before July 2018?
