  hi everyone! anyone assessed by VETASSESS as medical administrator? what if i'm still under contract for 3 years sa work ko (UAE) when i submit my EOI? magbibigay ba sila ng consideration na finish ko muna contract ko if ever i get positive response from my EOI? please help enlighten me with this.. thanks!

  are you asking about after "VISA GRANT"?
  yes, pag visa granted kana, you have approx 1 year, to make the initial entry.. pwde ka pumunta sa AU (atleast 2days) just to satisfy that initial entry requirement, and then bumalik ulit sa UAE to work again...
  
  and then of course, you have to be in Australia before the visa expires (5 years from the Visa grant date)

  tama.. just take note na after 5 years (expiration), hindi kana basta pwede lumabas ng australia (unless citizen kana, which is another story kasi 4-yr residency requirement yun)..
  
  in order for you to go out and comeback to Au, you need to apply for another visa..

  April 21- IELTS Passed (British Council Sg S$310)/ April-March -requirements for VETASSES, CTC 4 copies,DHL etc. (S$600)/March 19- Apply VETASSES online ($1150 aud)/June 06, 2012 - VETASSES (Architectural Draftsman) feedback positive /August 08- Apply EOI visa 190 at 70 points/September 11- Resubmit EOI (Was asked to change EOI form)/November 22- Apply for SS in WA (arch draftsman still available)/November 22- Resubmit EOI (changed the State from Victoria to WA)/December 05- Initial Contact by DIAC saying WA is interested./December 07- WA SS approved December 10- DIAC Invitation received (1 week down ecomm) December 14- Lodged Visa $3050aud (plus technical issues of ecom visa was "lodged" December 21 daw)/ Dec 28 - Medicals (frontload)/January 8 -CO Assigned/January 23-PCC/ JANUARY 23---VISA GRANT!!!!!!!!!!

  If you will back read in this thread, some of the applicants were able to get the approval within a month & some of them nga 1 day approval pa..So Im sure maximum processing will take only a month. Basta pray lng po tayo
  
  Hi @aiwink, Ive noticed your timeline stated na u changed from Victoria to WA SS..I thought, ung WA lng ang nagsp-sponsor sa nominated occupation naten? but then again, I could be wrong on this. But I think we're blessed na kasali occupation naten sa mga pwedeng isponsor ng WA coz they process faster, compare to other states.

  @carla_glam - i think you are talking about those who submitted SS before EOI.. kasi medyo mabilis nga noon.. pero wala pang masyadong balita after EOI.. or wala lang masyadong nag-uupdate sa forum..

  @carla_glam hay nako! katangahan lang talaga yung sken. kse we really like melbourne and we did not know na kailangan ng state sponsorship for 190 which is only visa we can take. (we set our minds kse na 175 eversince kaya yun lang alam. ) so yung naliwanagan sa katangahan ayun, chinange na yung Victoria to WA .... isa pang mali. dapat ANY na lang pinili ko sa EOI. labo ko rin eh.
  
  Ayoko nang palitan kse mapapadulo na naman ulit ng pila. hehe #:-S

  Hi @alona, I saw ur timeline, inabot ng more than 1 months WA SS application mu? May mga hininging documents from you? Or ung sinubmit mung docs nung 9th Oct is ung WA SS agreement lng? Im finalizing our research for the WA SS, just wondering bka pwede pa share ung template mu, so I have basis for comparison (pls email to [email protected]).

  Hi lock_code2004! yes, mukhang mas mablis ung SS approval before EOI, but I've noticed ung timeline ni @alona na na-approved ung SS nya ng 1 month & 10days, so it means mabilis pa rin processing nila, compare to other states na inaabot ng more than 2 months

  hi @carla_glam ...more than one month kc po 30 working days ang processing nil a, sakto talaga ng dumating sakin...wala naman silang hininging bang documents...Pasenya na rin wala akong template, Hindi ko kc nakita dati sa website ng WA na and on na pala mga question, so yon kasabay ang research sa Pag answer thanks to God na Lang talaga na naapproved parin ako..

  last august pala 5 working days lang ang processing ng WA kaya humabol ako mag submit ng August 31, kaso yon the following working day (Sept 3) 30 days na nakalagay sa website nila then kinabukasan (Sept 4) naging 30 working days na kaya naloka rin ako non,hahahah..
  
  Pero thank you parin kay LORD, He knows the perfect time for everything.

  we received a letter from DIAC it's a sort of initial contact from DIAC, but it says there
  
  " Thank you for your state sponsorship application to government of Western Australia. your sponsorship application will now be assigned to a case officer who will contact you if any further information or documents are required"
  
  may case officer din pala ang SS? kala ko papadalhan ka lang ng letter kung approved or disapproved. may kailangan ba akong ihandang documents?

  @mrs_sharky & @aiwink, magka batch pla tayo Halos same ung status nten, nauna nga lang mag submit ng SS c @aiwink..preparing for our SS na rin, will submit our EOI & SS within this week. Now ko lang din nalaman na may case officer din pla na-aasign sa SS, bka recently lng nila na-implement yan, parang now ko lng kc nabasa na may CO sa SS.
