A CO contacted me this morning asking only for my birth certificate, no further documents required. I am done with my police clearances but a slight problem in my medicals since it is done here in Libya where there is no available eHealth. My migration lawyer already told me what to do and hopefully in a matter of days or weeks the visa will be released! Insha Allah!!

- apply now for the assessment
- by Jan 2013, you will have your results and ielts
- then you can apply for EOI and SS
- if you stay for the same work and the same company, you can request for a new COE to show na 5 years kana (if your concern is just for the DIACs work exp points for 5 yrs)

if you look at the Points System, it clearly states there:
"Skilled Work Experience- at the time of Invitation", meaning points will be given, based on that date they issued the invitation for you to apply..
one clear example: if you submitted your EOI at age 32, but you get invited at age 33, then your age points will be based on age 33 (because that is your age at the time of invitation).. same rule applies for Work experience, of course as long as you can prove you are currently employed..

yes, pwede nyo po i-select several visa types sa EOI...
then of course, kung mauna ung isang visa type sa invitation.. pwede nyo na i-accept and proceed with the visa application...
also, you can update your timeline, click your username and then "Signature Settings"..
