We have 1 room available for rent in a new house.
- The room can sleep 2 comfortably. Perfect for a single occupant or couple w/o kids.
- Up to you if you want the place furnished (Room 1 with Queen bed) or unfurnished.
- You have access to use the second bathroom & toilet.
- Shared kitchen, laundry, living and dining area.
- RENT includes: Wifi, electricity, bills, your own space in the pantry, storage space in the fridge/freezer.
- BOND: 2 weeks rent.

About Us:
- We're a newly married Filipino couple & we've just moved into a new 4-bedroom property.
- Since we have 3 empty rooms in the house, we're open to rent out one of our rooms for a minimum of 3 months.
- We're open to showing your around the place and help you settle in especially if you are a student or newly-arrived immigrant.
- We also welcome transient visitors (3 months max rent).
- We're expecting someone who has the initiative to clean up after themselves, respect the property, and have a good deal of honesty.

About the House:
- The house is new (the building was finished on Feb 2018), warm and comfortable.
- We're slowly making this new house into a home and we're increasing security alarms, motion sensors, CCTV in the house to protect us from theft.
- Located in Cranbourne - 15 mins to Dandenong, 20 mins away to Clayton, 20mins to Frankston, 1hr to CBD.
- 7 mins away from the nearest train station (if we are free, we can provide transport to/from the station), 4 mins from the mall, school & church, 3 mins from freeway, 1 min to bus stop.
