Check the UAE Embassy website, nandoon yung procedure on how to get UAE police clearance. Allot 3 months waiting time from the date of application.

Kung may budget ka, go Migration Agent.
Kung wala, DIY. Malaking tipid din. However, you need to do a lot of reading.

@Megger hindi na pag direct ka from uae to aussie... pero pag magbabakasyon ka na sa pinas, need mo nun sticker sabihin mo lang galing ka n ng aussie at di ka n kailangan mag attend seminar.. exempted ka na.. ganun ginawa namin ni hubby

@zanx tanong ko lang po kung kumuha ka ng PCC dito sa dubai at inaccept naman sa australia? kasi ung kinuha ko online hindi naman tinanggap ng australian government. naghahanap pa sila ng criminal record declaration sa PCC. thanks po

NBI CLEARANCE
Requirements:

Photocopy of completed NBI Form (Form available at the Consulate General).
Copy of applicant’s passport
Procedures for the Issuance of National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance Certificate

Secure NBI Fingerprint card (NBI Form No.5) at the Consulate General.
Fill out the personal data called for on both sides of the card truthfully and legibly.
Request the assistance/endorsement of the consulate general/Police Agency to have your fingerprints impressed (Rolled Impression) on the appropriate spaces. The person who impressed your fingerprints should sign his name and state his official designation on the space provided for in the card.
For married women, the order of writing is as follows: Your maiden surname (family or surname of your father), Your first name or given name, Your maternal surname (maiden surname of your mother), Your husband’s surname or family name (space provided, No.2)
Attach a latest copy of your 2” x 2” photograph (white background), taken within three (3) months before this application at the appropriate box in NBI Form No.5.
Upon completion of the requirements, send the send back the Form to NBI and enclose Money Order in the sum of Php200.00 or any currency/bankdraft of its equivalent which is negotiable in the Philippines payable to the Director, national Bureau of Investigation, Taft Avenue, Ermita 1000, Manila, Philippines.
NBI will mail back to you the corresponding clearance certificate after your application papers have been processed.
Upon receipt of your clearance certificate, examine it for the presence of the embossed NBI Dry Seal at its lower left portion, the clearance is invalid without it. Also, you must affix your clear and properly taken Thumbprint on the space provided for it in the clearance certificate before submitting it to your end user, otherwise, your clearance will be subjected for further verification/authentication and will cause the delay of your immigration requirements.

General Procedures – NBI Clearance
• Fill out appropriate NBI Application Form.
• Proceed to the Dubai Police General Headquarters, CID Division (Al Qiyadah)
for Fingerprinting.
• After fingerprinting return to PCG-Dubai Notary Section with two (2) sets of
documents: Original NBI form with photocopy front and back and passport copy.
• Proceed to Notary Window (C1) for processing (3 working days).
• Pay appropriate fee at the Courier and Cashier.
• Upon delivery of document from the Courier, send to the NBI Philippines for
• FINAL processing of Authenticated NBI Clearance.

Notary Fees: AED 100.00 per document.

To answer your questions, yes you are required to personally appear at the Dubai Police for your finger printing and yes, the nbi clearance form you filed at the consulate will be sent to your local address here in Dubai unless you request for courier to directly sent it to your representative in the Philippines.

@jesuislai Punta ka website ng Australian Immigration tapos check mo ang visa na applicable sa iyo or pwede ka din punta sa mga agent at pa assess ka kung malaki or maliit ang chance mo. Alam ko, free lang ang assessment ng ibang agents.
