Sino po may kakilala na nagwowork na sa Australia na nagamit po yung certification na inexam dito sa Philippines na Certified Accounting Technician, Registered Cost Accountant, Certfied Bookkeepers?

Paano po ba ako makakapag apply abroad as CAT or bookkeeper? Napasa ko na po yung tatlong part ng exam. Every year nagbabayad po ako ng membership sa niat para wag mawala yung pag pasa ko po sa exam. Mag 3years na po ako nagwowork as accounting staff in a private company and gusto ko po magkaroon ng growth sa aking career. Paano po ba ako makakapag apply abroad as CAT or bookkeeper habang andito po ko sa pilipinas? Patulong po.. any advice?

In my opinion, mahirap i claim ung ganyan since magkaibang magkaiba ung duties and responsibilities. But, you may still try to claim since sa CPAA lng dn nmn yan both occupations. God bless!

Hello po, just wanted to seek any advise. Im currently applying for CPAA assessment. I have both Financial Accounting (general accountant) and Management accountant. In terms of years of experience, mas mahaba po ung general accountant. Should I choose that code? or piliin ko po ung current ko na work at mas recent? Salamat ng madami.

It will depend on the number of years of ur experience as Accountant and Mgmnt Accountant. If majority of ur last 10 years exp is under Accountant, I suggest you choose the Accountant for the skill migration. example: 8 years for accountant, u may claim 15 points for this. However, if 5 yrs as accountant and 5 years for Mgmt Accountant. I suggest that you choose Mgmt Accountnt since nag rurun pa ung years of experience m at possible pa maging 8yrs ung exp m dun in case na tumagal ung visa process.

Please check this link. It says here na posible ma-move ang Management Accountant sa STSOL, from MLTSSL. Not sure what the impact can be sa mga future applicants. But better check too before you decide.

@vincechaos thanks po sa advise. mas dominant ung general accounting ko na experience vs finance business partner/commercial finance, kaya po igo ahead ko ung sa General. I heard that its a bit tough for accountants to get in an invitation. Anu pong mga recent experiences ngaun ng profession natin? Salamat po.

@belleamgao for you to get an invite minimum 75 (state sponsor) or 80 ( for independent) points otherwise, it will be a long wait.

@vincechaos Thank you. My external auditor job also have FS preparation, Bookkeeping and Audit. It actually depends on the engagement, do you think it will be possible claim it as general accountant experience?

@Pyche05 balitaan kita if i-credit nila ung Audit experience ko. Though ung CoE ko kasi pasok dun sa sinabi ni CPAA for general accountant with additional task of being an auditor as well, literal na halo halo ung work n un, may tax, legal, accounting, at audit. Sana macredit aabihan kita.

@Pyche05 my external audit experience got credited. Accountant ang anzsco code ko. Make sure mo lang na your jd is in line sa accountant jd.

@Milka hi, are you processing a visa na ba?I doubt kng my bearing yung sa niat pgdating mo dito. Ang tinitingnan lng nman tlga ng employers e skill and xp mo sa past jobs. Not really sa mga exams lalo na sa pinas pa tinake. Ng.CB dn aq dati bago pumunta dto pro level 1 lng. Prng wla lng dn

Ang ginagawa ko palang po ngayon mag aaply online sa jobstreet at linked in. 2 mos ko na po gingawa. Pero wala naman po feedback..

@Milka hi milka, naku malabo pg overseas ka ng.aapply. gusto ng employers andito lng. Ginawa ko dn dati yan tpos nilagay ko pa address ng frnd ko sa melb plus phil.address. suggest ko process ka muna visa. My separate thread dito na my step by step process

@Milka do some research on how to get visa sa Australia. Easier pag nag apply ka onshore than offshore, pero having visa will not be an assurance na may work ka agad agad. You have to compete with other applicants as well na nasa Australia both local and other immigrants. Hindi sa pinahihina ko loob mo just making you aware na ganun ang current situation.

Hi @batman what's up? I see na nag489 ka na. Okay ba ang 489 kun NSW ang target? Also, mas mabilis ba makakuha ng 489 kesa 189/190? Feb ako this yr nag EOI with 75pts and until now no invite.

@pcasing nag try lang ako ng 489 sa NT kasi free naman mag send ng application, though lower chances talga ang NSW application ko kasi 65 pts lng ako sa 190 doon. 489 depende sa timeline ng state like sa NT 6 to 8 months sila nagrereply sa application mo. lucky for me after 6 month from my application nag feedback sila at positive nman. kong ako sau apply mo na lng ng pede na visa for you while waiting for invites

@batman hello po, yong sa NT ba dapat complete na requirements like yong financial capacity kapag nag EOI ka sa kanila mismo? Mejo nakakafrustrate na hirap maka Superior sa PTE. Lagi lang proficient.

Hi po, I want to.pursue my visa application as.PR sa Australia. Magtake pa lang po ako ng IElts on.August 18 para po sa assessment with CPAA. Anyone here na nagtale din ng 2 ielts.isang gt amd acad? Hi po. Anybody here who's not a CPA and whose school is not listed in the list of recognized schools by Australia but still got their positive assessment? Im having problems with mine po kasi. It's been 3 months and they still havent finalized anything. First problem was with my school not being in the list of accredited schools so they questioned the status of the school. I've submitted supporting documents po but now they're asking me about my board exam ratings. Ive forwarded na din the Official Certificate from PRC showing that Im now a CPA but I never received the official transcript of ratings (yung green daw po).. I tried telling them that PRC has introduced Online Verification of Ratings na pero they're still requiring it. Im trying to get in contact with PRC din pero kasi I cant take leaves to process the document required as Im in the middle of rendering my 30-days notice period. Can anyone help me please?
