@naidetous Wala naman specifics sa laboratory as long as may certification ka ng results kung serology at kung vaccination nakalagay ang brand, batch number at expiry date ng vaccine.

Hello po!! Nag reply na po yung AHPRA regarding sa application ko. Pina revise lang yung COE/ Statement of Service. Sinend ko po pero ulit sa PERTH na via DHL. Ok lang po ba if dun sa street address ng AHPRA kasi di daw nagsesend ang DHL sa GPO Box? Mga ilan days po kaya bago magreply ulit ang AHPRA upon receiving ng docs? Another question pa po. Ano po advise nyo regarding sa Immunizations? Kasi yung ibang titer tests sobrang mahal kahit sa hi precision. Mas maganda po ba magpa vaccinate na lang dun sa iba or lahat po dapat alamin muna kung may anti-bodies pa bago magpa vaccine? Thank you po amd God bless!!

Hi po sa lahat! Bago lang po aq dito at sana masagot po ang tanung ko.

Kakasubmit ko lang ulit ng app ko sa aphra nitong july 12. Actually ung una neriquired aqng kumuha ng exp. na minimum of 450hrs para sa recency of practice(last april). kaya po aq bumalik sa pinas para kumuha ng exp. ulit. Tanung ko lang po nung nagsubmit po aq sa aphra dito sa sydney mismo ung coe ko po ay pinaindicate ko ung hrs sa hospital at date na nagsimula at nung natapos po aq. Sa mga parehas po ng situation ok lang ba ung ginawa ko? At kung sino man pong may idea at sasagot malaking tulong po sa akin. Ty po!

@pretalaga Ayon sa website ng AHPRA, it is advisable to submit application documents in the state where you intend to practice pero kahit saan naman walang problema. I believe what they do is scan your documents and send them to the designated Registration Officer electronically. Last time mabilis mag process ang Perth. Yung mga kasabayan kong nag BP na nag submit via Perth, in 2 weeks registered na sila. Kami na nag submit sa personally sa Sydney office inabot ng 1 month.

@Stib_Rowx Bihira ang titer/serology para sa MMR at Varicella... usually big hospitals in major cities lang merong available facilities/reagents at mahal pa. Wala namang magiging complication kung magpapaturok na lang ulit at mas cheaper pa. Yung dTpa, ok din na ulitin. Yung HepB, required ang evidence of vaccination plus serology although mura lang naman ang anti-HBs so pa check mo na muna ang surface antibodies mo. Pag mababa sa 10 pa-booster shot na lang.

@cucci Sobrang thank you sa reply.. Mukhang mas magandang option nga na magpa vaccine na lang. Baka Hepatitis profile na lang pagawa ko kasi nag pa booster na ko 2 years ago. Ok lang ba yung Rx as Certification or may format pa? Sorry medyo madaming tanong..
@pretalaga saktong 6 weeks nagreply sakin sa 1st submission tapos pinapa revise lang yung Satement of service kasi mali ang format, di nagtugma sa CV. Kung ok sana yun , may LOE na din sana. Di ko lang alam kung ilan araw mag rereply ulit pagka receive ng docs. Nagsend ako via dhl july 17, ETA JULY 20 or 23 pa..

@Stib_Rowx Usually ang mga medical practitioners and clinics who regularly do vaccinations have forms for vaccinations, otherwise their regular Rx forms would suffice. Be sure na indicated ang Batch No ng vaccine at brand.

For NSW students you fill up the form here and here and attach certifications as proof.

@Stib_Rowx @cucci ty po sa info. Actually ngayon ang gingawa ko naghahanap aq ng school pero unfortunately wala na po ng ooffer ng bp for this month. May mga school na neririvise na ang bp and walang pang mga dates kung kailan this year. Nakaklungkot kasi pinapahaba nila pero ganun din naman ang babagsakan. For me, mas mabilis mas maganda.

@Stib_Rowx ty din sa reply. Aq din nung una 6 weeks aq naghintay para sa c.o- that time sa melbourne aq nagpass ng docs ko tas sabi ung recency ko nga daw. Im hoping na wala na silang need. Nadiduct n rin ung $660 sa account kaya im hoping mabilis na sila mag aasses kasi 2nd submission ko na.

Ask lang po, kasi regarding sa school and CHED documents. Kailangan ba notarized parehas yun? Unless di mo mapanotarize kasi sealed na yung envelope? And if separate mo sila isesend sa AHPRA?

Hi everyone! I’ve been reading this forum for days now and I’m glad that I have finally able to finished it before writing a comment. I have learned a lot! Ngayon ko lang nalaman na some Uni which accommodates BP ay 15 weeks and that student visa ang kailangang kunin instead of Business/Tourist Visa subclass 600.

I am currently waiting for my LOE, it has been 5 weeks since I have received my payment invoice. I’ve been through revisions of my documents and adding some details, contacting my previous employers and asking them for a new certificate, sending and receiving mails from the RO and all. It’s not that easy but it’s fulfilling. And I hope my LOE comes very soon! (Btw, DIY kasi ako kaya ako na lang nag-ayos at nag-assess ng docs if it’s ready to be submitted na kaya siguro dami pang pina-comply ng RO. )

I have been eyeing ACN before because it is way more cheaper than the other institutions, I even completed their requirements which were listed in their website. I also have obtained my previous vaccinations and complied with the serologies and adult vaccinations/booster needed. But since I have read that when enrolling to SCU, one can obtain a student visa for 6 months, nag-iba ang ihip ng hangin, parang doon ko na gusto kumuha ng intake.

@karenschmaren yung sa akin dati, si Mama ko ang nag-ayos sa pinas since nandito ako sa middle east. Pagka-request nya ng papers ko sa College sabi i-forward na raw nila sa Ched, tapos nagpunta si Mama ko sa Ched para sa request ko rin sakanila, sabi nila after a week ma-receive na nila from my College, by then pwede na ma-claim ni Mom ko at send sa Ahpra. It’s called CAV yata e, Certified, Authenticated and Verified. Pag sinabing certified na meaning na-notarised na rin, kasi yung sa akin notarised na rin e. Tapos na-receive ni Mama ko na with envelopes na ng both institutions then send na nya both sa Ahpra. I told her to send it separately pero sabi ni Mama ko pwede naman daw i-send sila together kasi sealed naman ang envelopes ng both at may kanya kanyang address per envelope pero yung address at phone number na lang ng school ang nilagay ni Mama na details ng sender sa paper ng courier. Ask mo na lang sa College/Uni mo if notarised na ba yung nakalagay sa loob. Minsan kasi ang mga institutions naman ay kung alam nilang sa AHPRA gagamitin, alam na nila ang format at may knowledge na rin sila na kailangan notarised.
