IF you have family that can help you pwedi gawan ng paraan yan po..meron mga lending company sa Pinas pag kaka alam ko along makati area pwedi kau hiram po 3 to 4% ata monthly interest.     @carlosau Yes pwedi po yun pa assess nio na lng market value nia through bank or other agency... If u can gather more than that which is great.. saglit lng nmn yan bank atleast you need to maintain 1 to 3 months sa bank account then pwedi mo na ibalik if balak u mag lend ng $$$..

    @carlosau In my opinion po kilang mo e provide yung value ng car po (recibo)... kahit mga Jewerly, watches etc. pwedi nga Sir part sia ng asset mo po.

    ito for example sa NT:

    You must provide a list of all your financial assets in Australian dollars. You must provide evidence of those assets. For example, clear colour copies of bank statements, share certificates, property valuations and jewellery evaluations.

    employer registered in Australia

    *offshore applicants applying under an ICT, Cook or Chef occupation must show evidence of a minimum 12 month job offer with a Queensland employer registered in Australia. The job offer must be related to your occupation, and evidence is required showing acceptance of the offer.

    @aron_drn Thank you sir, so far walang job offer. Ok na lahat ng kelangan except sa settlement funds. Yan ang mahirap. Nag request na ako ng stocks declaration, yung bank asikasuhin ko after. Yung car kelangan mapaevaluate. As per email ng QLD sakin, pwede mag paextend as long as within the 14 day period ka nag request.

    @carlosau ang pagkakaalm ko sir sabi sakin ng agent nun nag ask ako if you have enough cash like for example 30K then your asset can be 10k$ as long as total 40k$.. kasama ko work(indian) kasi na engr same agent kami na una lng sia mag pasa sa agent at nag pa apply sa QLD.

    Ang ginawa ng Indiano.. nag cash loan sia sa SG ng 40K$ then nilagay nia sa savings account nia sa Bank.. after 2months ata sabi nia ..

    If you can find lending or hiram ka sa family ng wife or ur family sir para mapataas yung cash nio po. thats my opinion lng sir...

    @carlosau tama po si @aron_drn pag di enough ang assets mo need mo lang mg add ng cash yan din advise ng agent ko, yung car ipa assess mo lang yung current market value at as much as possible kung mag loan ka ng cash wag yung exact medyo pasobrahan nyo na po ng konti. pag submit nyo less than 24 hrs lang ang approval nila.
