  Sabi po ng agent namin, 5 months ang trend ng visa approval of their clients for 189. But, may nabasa ako dito na 2-3 months ang earliest these days. Sa HA site, 8-11 months. I guess, nasa swerte nalang un. Pray hard and bahala na cia.
