@Pixiepie pero if the wife is below 40 yo pa lang pwedeng siya ang applicant. Mas ok sana if she is below 39yo.

@Pixiepie @MrsBart well if the occupation is on the list. From my understanding she’s in procurement. They can still push it if they want...agents are already refusing so that already means something. I personally wouldn’t handle the case since it will be a waste of time and money for the applicant. In reality, nothing to lose our end since we will be paid for our services but would it be an ethical practice in the profession? Definitely not. I could only assume this would have been Respall’s reason why he refused to handle the case. It shows integrity from his end.

@Pixiepie yung option ba na that the wife will be the main applicant was also presented to Respall? Kasi if yes and they still refused to take them, most likely tama si @RheaMARN1171933, their chance of getting a visa could be very slim kaya sila nirereject.

489 lng po pala ang procurement.

Sayang po talaga, they are so willing, and we want them to go with us too.

@MrsBart as an agent myself, I definitely understand where other agents come from. It’s not about most likely tama ako, rather, that is actually the case.

Agents usually exhaust possibilities in terms of sino yung best main applicant. For example, if someone comes to me and asks about his chances, if I find alanganin yung standing, next thing I’ll look into is yung possibility ng wife. If May chance, I’ll recommend the wife as main applicant if not then I’ll be upfront with them. If they still want to pursue it, at their own risk na kasi definitely I don’t want anything to do with their case. It’s unethical practice for me otherwise. So that’s most likely where Respall was coming from. Like I said, I would do exactly the same.

Good morning...mag ask lang po ako ang plan po kse sana nmin ng hubby ko is ako ung primary applicant kso upon checking mukhang mas indemand ang ME kesa sa CHE so mukhang dapat sya ang primary...my concern is wala po sya license magiging problema po ba un? Please shed some light

@ionnagab0222 actually mas ok ang che kasi di sya pro rata. Mas madali chance ng che mainvite. As for license di sya need, basta nasa section 1 ang school para ma assess as bachelors degree

@ionnagab0222 all depends on points. If 189, Chem eng would probably work better. If 190, you need to be more strategic. Licence isn’t required during skills assessment so it doesn’t matter at all.

Just want to ask po, kailangan po ba mgpa-assess din yong wife ko even if I am the principal applicant? same po kami nang profession,so sa assessment po, kailangan po ba together mgsubmit kami sa assessing body? or ako lng?

@poh if your applying for state sponsored visa. some state are very particular like NT if you are seeking 489 visa state sponsored, make sure sa NT lng ang application mo. They usually ask sa form kong may ibang application k sa ibang state. Kahit sa ibang state na required and commitment letter.

@milktea13 pro rata means mga occupations na marami nag aapply kaya limited lang ang invites na binibigay. Walang assurance ang invites nowadays because of changing rules so best to earn as much pts as possible

in addition, pro rata occupation has its own pass mark (higher) compared to other occupation which follows the minimum pass mark of 65 points.

alin ba jan ang qualification? Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or AQF Diploma with a major in computing?

@kayenzky , you can claim points for AQF Diploma only, kasi yan ang lumalabas sa assessment mo.

kong ang apply mo is 489, di ka ma consider sa 190. pero like in TAS if your case is that good they have a clause there in their website that they might offer 190.

On other state like NT, pede ang application sa 190 ends to 489 offer, just like what happened to my application.
