    maghahanap pa lang kami ng bahay sa ellenbrook area. Sa Melbourne kami ngayon moving to perth within the next few weeks.

    let me know. kasi magbabakasyon yung friend ko sa Pinas sa Dec and kami ang house sitter. so we can meet. meron din another family coming an architect and they will live in the house while my friend is away. sayang nga if nauna kayo ng advise. you could use their house for free for more than a month and the car as well

    Hi po. Newbie lang po sa forum. Wala pa kaming visa pero if everything goes well, we're looking at settling in either Joondalup area or Ellenbrook. Kamusta po ba ang environment (eg. schools, crime rate, medical facilities, etc.) sa Ellenbrook?

    Hello sticker. We've been in ellenbrook for the past 3 weeks na. So far, so good. Nagustuhan namin ung area kasi malapit sa lahat- pwede lakarin ang schools, shops, parks...May Catholic schools and government schools din na malalapit lang. I haven't checked the medical facilities yet.. pero merong 2 clinics nearby. Tahimik dito, less busy ang roads compared sa other capital cities in aus. People are friendly naman, i see a several pinoys in the area, though wala pa akong nakakausap :) I hope that helps

    Thanks, Iska. This surely helps. Although malayo pa siguro kami sa visa process, I'm just trying to plan ahead. With some pinoys around and peaceful surrounding, this would certainly weigh in our decision.

    @lock_code2004. Yes sa lord street pero mga 3 mins. drive pa from whiteman park, yung next run about dun yung whiteman edge. Kayo taga saan?

    @lock_code2004 oo bagong area lang mga 3 yrs. pa lang siguro. Maganda ditobat tahimik saka nagustuhan namin dito yung plano fot future developments, 4 to 5 yrs from now, yung iba inuumpisahan na now... Dito kasi sa swan ang focus na idevelop for tourist spots eh.

    @lock_code2004 Calverley Road, medyo bungad lang kami sa main entrance. Yung office ng stockland sa bungad lang yung colr orange na building, maginquire kayo dun if may available pa... May bago silang dinedevelop na phase, pagkaganun mura pa presyo nun.

    @Star palipat na kami sa urban lane this December 2016 with family. Saan suburb ka sa ellenbrook? Welcome kabayan/neighbor. Walking distance lang kami sa "The Shops" Ellenbrook Central and Ellenbrook Secondary College along Main St.
