Hi Everyone!
Planning to submit an EOI - Gen Accountant for my wife.
dun sa page na "Select Visa Types" may multiple selections, under sa Points Tested Skilled Migration: Skilled Independent (SC189); Skilled Nominated (SC190) & Under sa SKilled Regional (SC489): State & Territory; Family = ALIN PO DITO ANG NEED I-SELECT (CAN I SELECT MULTIPLE LIKE (SC189 AND SC190 AND SC 489 - STATE & TERRITORY NOM)

And follow up question po, under sa "preferred locations within australia - In which state or territory would the client be interested in seeking nomination from? the selections are 1. ANY; 2. ACT; 3. NSW; 4. NT; 5. QLD; 6. SA; 7. TAS; 8. VIC; 9. WA
actually okey lang kahit san but alin yung mas maganda kaya for gen. accountant. okey lang ba if we select "ANY" or should be specific, and if I put an specific state or territory, may chance padin ba sa na ma assess ng ibang state/terr?

@mabelledita it’s hard to provide accurate suggestions with limited info provided but basing from how you describe it,most likely you were not able to provide detailed description of your tasks in accordance to the occupation tasks defined by ANSZCO. This is the reason why we pay so much attention guiding our clients when providing their reference employment letter. You might want to check with CPAA whether appeal or review would be applicable for your case. We never had to do either for our clients thankfully since successful naman Sa initial application pero ang alam ko if you appeal it means you dispute the decision and you want them to look into the documents again which you provided. If you want a review, it means you want to supply further documents for their consideration.

With regards to point 2 you mentioned, you need to be careful with this. Immigration usually considers the skills assessment outcome but if you add something that wasn’t recognised by the assessing authority, definitely the case officer will look into your docs but the tricky part is if they are not convinced with your docs and you claim points on these employment experience, your visa will be refused because you over claim points.

@RheaMARN1171933 Thank you Ms. Rhea for the immediate feedback. I was able to talk to CPAA rep earlier and they said that I can ask for a reassessment by submitting additional documents and support. But I will have to pay the reassessment fee. It should be a review not an appeal nga po. Thanks again for your response, pati yung sa #2 question ko. Really helpful, appreciate it po.

@mcril22 pede naman yung 3 kong gusto mo no issue. Pero kong di ka nmn talga mag apply sa state no need. Kasi state sponsored visa 190 at 489 may further process pa, nsw 190 wala na. 489 after eoi need mo apply sa state mismo.

Thanks @batman. Okey we can select the 189 and 190. But having that, pwede pa din ba ma invite thru 489 if di pumasok sa 189 at 190? Gusto lang kasi namen open options.. ang sa preferrability ngbstate, san po kaya maganda ang accounting? Can I put any or better may preffered state talaga ako? Currently, 75points si misis included na ang 5points sa statenom. Thanks

@mcril22 para ma invite sa 489 need pasa applications sa state mismo. Ano prefer state mo ba? Connected doon ang 190 mo.

@batman thanks always. Preferred namen is NSW,. San ba maganda ang Accountant (General) ngayun for 190 or 489? Sang state sila open na pwede mag sponsor? Thanks thanks

@mcril22 NSW NT, pede din TAS, ACT, SA pero with some additional requirements.

Hello! Nagpa-assess na ko ng 3yrs work experience ko sa CPAA last year, positive naman ang result. Mag-5 years na kong working next few months. Do I have to get an assessment again for the full 5yrs or okay lang na ang ipa-assess ko ay yung work ko na after my first assessment?

Another question din pala, I read in the thread na ang min to get an invite is 75 for 190 or 80 for 189. Yung 75 ba sa 190, inclusive of the 5pts state nomination? Thanks in advance!

@Charlie_CPA2013 are you in the same company and post from the last assessment. If yes, no need of re assessment.

@batman Aww no eh. I got a new job after ko magpa-assess sa CPAA. Does this mean ipapa-reassess ko yung full 5yrs?

@Charlie_CPA2013 you need an updated assessment. afaik. kasi na assess na yung first 3 years so yung new company at new role na lang I assess nila. you can inquire with them directly tho.

Hello. Just want to ask paano yung overlapping work? My start date sa second company was July 16 but my last date sa first company is July 24. I can't remember bakit ganun since 2009 pa yun pero possible that I took some vacation leave sa first company so that I can join the second company earlier. Okay lang ba yun? Meaning hindi lang nila icocount ung 1 week na overlapping, like parang ang start date ko sa second company is July 25? Thank you so much po sa magbibigay ng insights.

@mabelledita i pa correct mo na lng yung either start date ng isa or ng end date nun isa. both ba kasama sa assessment ng employment yun?

@batman hi, thanks for the response. yes, kasama sila pareho. i don't think may mali kasi ever since yun na din ang nakalagay sa resume ko. i just can't remember paano ko yun nagawa. I could ask my first company when yung last day na nagreport ako sa office, not sure lang if they will bother to answer.

I selected SC189 & SC190 only sa EOI Submission. Preffered State is NSW. Is it still possible na mainvite sa SC489 even hindi selected sa EOI Submission?

@mcril22 Dalawang klase ang 489. Merong 489 na relative sponsored at merong 489 na state sponsored. If you're asking about state sponsored 489 then kailangan mo magsubmit ng separate application for 489 duon sa target state mo. So no, hindi possibleng mainvite sa state sponsored 489 just because you submitted an EOI.

Hello po for migration assessment sa CPAA -paano kung wala yon school mo sa list. may tanong kasi about institution. Ano po ang ilagay doon?

@RodSher hindi ba pede I type manual yung name mismong school. When you say wala sa list, wala din sya sa accredited list of school yung mga sectioning?
