hello again! just wondering if there's someone here with the same case as me. i'm involved in the manufacturing of FMCG (personal care/makeup). how did you answer this question sa Part K?

have you ever undergone any military/paramilitary training, been trained in weapons/explosives or in the manufacture of chemical/biological products?

iniisip ko 'NO' ang sagot since in my understanding, manufacture ng raw materials or specifically explosives ang tinatanong nya.

    thank you :)

Dapat ba maglagay ng N/A pag walang sagot sa blanks? Or leave them like that lang?

    hi guyz,

Im newbie here. I just lodged last month my eoi and preparing the form 80 ahead just in case ma invite na.

for question #40 Part O -Deportation
I have experienced kasi of being denied entry in singapore last may 2018 bec I lost my passport in NAIA Phils, I was detained and sent back to Phils. but I came back the next day after I collected my passport.

Should I answer yes or no for this part? wla nman ka stamp na deported sa passport ko.

How does this affect my Visa grant if ever I declare this?

    Thank you po

@catherine declare mo lang and attach your reason na nawala passport mo but came back and was given entry the next day. Better be upfront rather they find out. Hindi naman mabigat ang reason why you were denied entry. This won't affect your visa application as long as you declare.

@PinkMagnolia Because of the long processing time for PR visas, most applicants attach the Form 80 na to avoid CO contact. Yung mga na CO contact plus 1 month or more sa normal waiting time before grant.

@heero_yuy51 hi! salamat sa advise. so isusulat ko lang dun sa space given if yes for details about the deportation? hndi na ba sila mg ask nag evidence or any form to attach about the incident? kasi natapon ko na rin yung ica na form eh.

baka may iba jan meron experience of declaring yes under deportation but not due to criminal reasons pero na grant pa rin visa. paki share naman.. im still worried kasi of the implication if i declare yes. and if it will take my visa grant longer due to this??

@catherine hindi na sila magaask ng evidence, I was denied a visa in Finland sa first application ng former company ko but was given a visa sa 2nd application. I put in no explanation from finnish embassy (i was mailed a denied application letter by the embassy pero naitapon ko rin). Wala ako inattach na form and I was granted PR with no CO contact.

Best bet mo dyan is show your stamp na lang na pinapasok ka the next day and your PH departure and arrival stamps as attachment and detailed explanation sa form 80

@domi990 form 80 lang usually ang hinihingi ng CO. Not required to submit but since matagal ang visa processing, most applicants opt to send it with other requirements to avoid CO contact.

    Hello all,

Check ko lang po, sa employment portion ng form 80 (Part F), ilalagay lang po ba yung employment details sa skill assessment?

Do we need to include the date of unemployment from birth till magka work?

    TIA!

    Hi.

All the best!

@Bjane hindi sya required to lodge a visa application. but people opt to provide it nalang rin in case they request for it, iwas delay. based sa instructions kailangan daw handwritten.
