Backdoor Exit in SG to AU

Hi, this would be our last resort if ever hindi agad i lift ang ban sa direct hires at suspension ng OEC. Ilang days dapat kami mag stay sa sg? kasi papalabasin namin na mag tour kami dun, bbili kami ng roundtrip tickets pero from there magbook kami ng flight pa Australia. Need your inputs please. Thanks.

hello, i haven't tried it yet.. pero tingin ko, no need to stay sa SG.. basta makalabas lang kayo ng Pinas.. pagdating niyo ng SG pwede na kayo umalis to AU, pero mamasyal nalang din kayo sayang. as long as makalusot kayo sa immi natin as tourist sa SG, so i suggest refrain from bringing documents, as much as possible have it on soft copies or save it on cloud or your devices

@abegail0024 hi. This is what I did before. Last 2013, under working visa ako. Wala na akong time to process the papers sa POEA. During that time, my wife was still working in Singapore kaya bumili ako ng round trip ticket. Nagstay ako sa SG ng 5 days para bakasyon na din and to visit my wife. Pagdating ko dito, tsaka ko inayos yung sa OWWA and POEA.

@abegail0024 wala naman pakialam ang SG immigration kung anong visa pa meron kayo.

@epiboy99 Hi po, 457 visa holder din po ako tanong ko lang po kung possible din na sa Malaysia ako magtour muna tapos dun na ako magexit papunta Adelaide SA? Hindi po kasi ako makakuha ng OEC kasi direct hire ako, gusto ng POEA hanap daw ako ng agency para magprocess ng OEC ko. Thanks

Pasensya na po sa super late na reply!

June 3, 2017 umalis po kami ng pinas pa SG. Employer po ang sumagot ng "tour" namin para hndi makwestyon sa immigration. ang tour na kinuha namin ay 5 days, pero 3 days lang kami nasa SG and fly na to Au. Walang tinanong sa Immigration bukod sa work ng asawa ko.
June 5 - flight to AU, walang tanong sa immigration! dire diretso lang!
June 6 - arrived in Australia.

Nasa Swan Hill, Victoria po kami ngayon ng family ko. PM lang po kayo kung may questions kayo. God bless us all!

Hello po Ms. @abegail0024 Okay lang po kaya ibook na namin yung ticket from SG to AU habang andito pa sa Pinas? Is there a way para madetect sa airport yun? Balak po kasi namin magexit din sa SG ng fiance ko. Thanks in advance po sa sagot

Hello, alam ko medyo matagal na tong post mo pero tanong ko lang, bakit may paki alam yung employer mo sa AU with regard sa pag secure mo ng OEC? Usuall di naman nila to alam at wala silang say dito since this is a PH rule only and walang kinalaman ang immigration ng AU dito.

I find it strange na "di pumayag" na manggaling ka sa SG? Why?

Gusto lang po kasi ng employer ko nun na dumaan ako sa tamang process para anytime na gusto ko daw magbakasyon hindi na ako mahirapan lumabas ulit ng Pinas.

@barryco not sure sa case ng working visas pero sa PR visa grant notice kasi may nakalagay doon about securing PDOS from CFO. maybe aware din ang AU immigration sa rules ng DOLE/POEA for OFWs at kung nakalagay yun sa visa grant malalaman din ng employer na need ito ng employee nila.

Wait, you mean kahit PR ka na, hahanapan ka pa rin po ba ng OEC ng PH immigration everytime na lalabas ka ng Pinas? grabe naman.

@barryco hindi OEC hahanapin sa iyo but CFO sticker indicating you undergone PDOS. refer to this website https://cfo.gov.ph
PRs are exempted from paying travel tax when you have this plus proof of PRship like visa grant or VEVO printout (AU PRs)

@ga2au kamusta po from Sg to Au? may hiningi ba na documents? I’m currently working in Sg din and planning my BM and thinking if which is better, from Pinas or Sg going to Au.

Hi! Yes. Super easy mag exit from Sg to au. Hiningi lang passport namin sa Australia immigration then ung incoming passengers arrival card. If u have something to declare pipila ka dun sa exit na something to declare. Ung tanung samin kubg anu ung question no. 1. We just said na vitamins tapos nilet go na kami ng walang bukasan ng luggage. Hehe

Nung experience namin, we did inform my partner's employer that we will pass thru SG. Sa SG nag tour kami ng 6 days. Ok lang naman sya sa employer ng partner ko, actually dito lang sa PH sya required to protect us from illegal recruiters etc. Andito na kme sa AU and dito na namin plan ayusing yung mga POLO requirements. Nagstart nadin magwork ung partner ko.
