    @adamwarlock no, we did not. My partner has no history of TB or any serious illness. It's just that when we did the medical exam, he had a cough. It was our mistake because we were so eager to have the exam done. Atat lang talaga makalodge, hehehe. So, the x ray had minimal blurry lines because of the phlegm. Still, we did not upload form 815 right away because he was given a clearance anyway.

    follow up question, tinawagan kayo ng clinic na mag follow up checkup before nila clinear yung findings?

    ok, thank you sa pag share. mejo tricky pala kahit cleared, kase pano mo malalaman na need mo ng form 815 kung wala namang tumawag sayo from clinic.
