    Hi, I still haven't resolved the issue with my previous agent due to great disagreement/conflict. I filed a complaint to them to MARA but apparently, MARA can't help me because apparently they don't have any records as to being a registered migrant. Where do I seek for assistance to solving this issue? and how do I get a refund from the school my previous agent enrolled me to?

    what do you mean mam? they are not a registered migrant agent by MARA?
    if yes, they can't do anything about it I think.
    any input guys?

    @faye - ah ok. kasi ako s lubricants ako so routinary sya kung tutuusin. e may nakapagsabi skin dapat daw chemical technician inaplyan ko. pero sabi naman since bachelors degree grad dpat chemist so kinakabahan ako. yung payslip s current work ko lang

    @jenipet20 sa amin so far okay naman, ang comment ko lang is hindi sila inform ng dates kung kelan sila nag-susubmit.. like yung EOI namin, kelangan kulitin ko sila sa dates para ma-track ko. Other than that okay naman. Can you still change agent?

    Hi guys, i'm new here po sa forum pero matagal tagal na din ako nagbabasa. I applied for visa subclass 489 sa western australia last October 31, complete na medicals and clearance ko, wala pa din nagccontact na CO. I'm just worried kasi ung iba na nakikita ko dito sa forum nagapply sila later than me pero may mga CO na sila and approved na visa nila.

    @ozlover - dont worry.. may mga cases na walang din nagcontact na CO.. tapos bigla na lang visa approved..

    na double check nyo po ba kung finalised na ang medicals nyo?
    marami din kasi ang na-referred..

    @ozlover - medicals finalised by DIAC is different from just submission sa E-health..
    minsan kahit walang additional test, nagiging medicals referred..

    malalaman mo ang status ng medical mo sa online visa application..
    i dont know how it is with Skillselect.. pero dati kasi makikita mo ang status (required/received/referred/finalised)...

    hi guys! i just noticed that from "in progress", the status of my application has become "application received". and under application documents, it says "no results found" and i can no longer view the list of documents i have uploaded, as well as my application and receipt. is this normal? also, is it okay to go ahead with our medicals and NBI clearance at this stage? thanks guys!

    this is normal... during our time a month back, ganito din... after loading minsan kakagatin ito at maging received, but most of the time it is required or recommended.

    what i did was email all my documents nalang to the CO once i got words from him.

    Guys, tuluyan nang naglaho ang pangarap kong visa.......










    sapagkat ang pangarap ay naging katotohonan na! Na-approved din sa wakas!

    Anyway, I think ako na lang yata ang napag-iwanan sa biyahe. February pa po ako naglodge (GSM 175) and this week lang na approve. Akala ko sasapit ang pasko na wala pang outcome yung visa since sobrang tagal ko na naghihintay. Yun nga lang I only have 5 months for my initial entry.

    I know this is easier said than done, but patience lang talaga, lalo na po sa mga post July 2012 applicants na naghihintay pa rin ng meds. Marami pa rin yata natengga na 175 at 176 applications. Iniisip ko na lang na ipon ipon muna habang naghihintay though sometimes nakaka praning pa rin.
