The closest option you can apply is only dependant relative visa option based on my experience and knowledge. That's the closest visa option you can choose and to be assessed as dependant relative, the person or your siblings must be your parent, sister, brother, step sister or brother, nephew or niece, step-grandparent, step-grandchild, step-aunt, step-uncle step-niece or step-nephew.
