hello po. meron po kayo link or reference on the how to's sa pagpapamedical? haven't seen any instructions yet kasi sa immiaccount, di ko tuloy sure kung kelan sisimulan. baka biglang kulangin na pala sa oras. hehe nasa upload documents page part na po ako and wala pa yun procedure regarding medicals. thank you!

Hello po, just want to ask if tama pagkakaintindi ko, pakicorrect nalang po if im wrong. Call na po ba natin kung anong process ang susundin, i saw kasi na parang there are 2 ways. One is maglodge kana then wait for an email kasi sila magbibigay ng HAP ID, the other is create ka ng HAP ID sa health declarations kahit di ka pa nakakapaglodge ng visa. Tama po ba ito? Di kc ako mapakali when should i take yun medicals then i saw these. Salamat!

hi @kaloidq yep yan din ang alam kong 2 options mo.
sa case ko, I opted na create muna ng HAP ID sa health declaration and wait maclear medical before mag lodge.

Right now "Submitted" pa din status ng Health Declaration ko..3days ago since nagpamedical (nov12).. anyone here po can advise how to know if cleared na? thank you big time

Hi guys. After receiving my invite, nagcreate ako My Health Declaration to generate HAP ID and then nagpamedical kanina. Balak ko sana antayin yung result ng medical bago maglodge. Napaisip lang ako, paano ito mallink sa visa application ko? Nung tinry ko kasi iclick yung New application, nawala yung skilled independent 189. Dapat ba ang iclick ko is yung link from Skill Select? If yes, paano ko mallink yung my health declaration dito? sorry if lame question. Nagwworry lang ako parang mali ata ginawa ko. Salamat sa mga sasagot!!

tanong ko lang po meron po ba sa inyo makapagbigay ng info about health declaration na may special needs ang dependents makakaaffect po ba ito sa temporary visa application 482. Balak kasi namin na idisclose na lang sa panel physician na may mild or high functioning austism anak namin since may early intervention, once a week lang ang theraphy at no medication na tinitake. any advice po na magandang gawin. Hi! Share ko lang po experience ko with my medical exam sa St. Luke's BGC kanina.

So from Mandaluyong, pumunta ako sa office sa BGC para iwan ang mga gamit ko and electric scooter. Nasa office nako by 9AM then naglakad papuntang St. Luke's. Around 9:20 AM nandun na ko sa entrance ng hospital.

Sa di nakakaalam san papasok, sa Medical Arts Building (MAB) po papasok. Sa emergency ako pumunta kasi di ko alam san ang entrance. nilibot ko pa tuloy ang buong block haha.

Nagtanong tanong ako kung san ang medical exan for Australia visa then tinuro ako ng guard sa 10th floor room 1002.

Around 9:30AM nandun na ko sa room. wala naman masyadong tao. siguro dahil weekday (Tuesday). First, check ng guard kung kumpleto ba documents mo like referral letter from Australia, payment receipt, passport and St. Luke's registration form. Sa mga di pa nakabayad, pwede magbayad dun mismo sa room 1002. May sarili silang cashier sa loob and they accept credit card.

After the guard check all your documents, bibigyan ka niya ng forms to fill up. Proceed ka sa counter to double check the contents of your documents. Mali pa talaga ang nakalagay na birthday sa referral letter ko. Jan 2 ang nakalagay imbes na Jan 3 pero ok lang daw yun.

Next, nag fill up na ko ng forms ko. While nagfifill up ako, tinawag na ako for visual checkup. After that, continue ako fill up. Next procedure is kuniha ang BP, height and weight ko. Next is finger print and picture dun sa counter. Next is x-ray. Nasa kabilang room ang x-ray lab.

Next is blood extraction and urinalysis. May sariling CR din sa loob so di ka na lalabas. Next is yung physical checkup with the doctor. Eto na yung maghuhubad ka. di ako ready dito eh kasi ang mga nabasa ko lahat talaga huhubarin haha. pero pinaiwan naman ang underwears so medyo nahimasmasan ako. haha.

After that, waiting na lang ng result. sinabi lang na balik ako between 2-2:30PM in case na kailangan ulitin ang x-ray. So ayun, around 11AM tapos na ko. bumalik ako around 2:15PM pero di na kailangan ulitin ang x-ray so binigay na lang sakin ang payment receipts. Dalawang receipt ang sakin kasi mali ang binayad ko. The day before, nagbayad ako sa china bank ng 7,050 pesos kasi temporary visa ang 489 pero yung sa referral letter 189 ang nakalagay kasi walang 489 option. since permanent visa ang 189, binayaran ko ang kulang na 700 pesos kasi 7,750 pesos ang permanent visa.

Going back, sabi nung nasa counter 3-5 days ang result. Mag notify lang ang immigration pag nakuha na ang result.

FAQ AND NOTES!
Q: magkano ang bayad?
A: for now, 7750 pesos for permanent visa and 7050 pesos for temporary pero check niyo pa rin sa website. naka indicate naman dun. Same lang din ang price kung sa Nationwide Makati ka.

Q: kailangan ba mag fasting?
A: di na po. based on their website, they even encourage you to eat beforehand kasi bawala ng food sa loob ng room.

Q: for women, pwede ba may period?
A: no. if ever they found a trace of blood, pababalikin kayo after a week. (narinig ko lang dun sa isang patient. hehe)

Q: kailangan ba talaga nakahubad?!
A: not really. at least sa St. Luke's hindi naman birthday suit. naka bra and panty naman ako. haha. at tsaka pasuotin naman ng gown na kagaya sa x-ray.

Q: matagal ba ang procedure?
A: at least sakin, mga 1.5 hours lang. mabilis lang talaga. actually 1 hour lang. yung additional 30 minutes, yun na yung hinintay ko na lang na tawagin ako sa counter. wala din naman kasing problem sakin. Though yung isang patient, kinausap pa siya nung isang nurse ng mga 20-30 minutes kasi mataas ang creatinine niya.

Q: additional fees?
A: kung walang ibang procedures na gagawin, wala ng additional fees. unless kagaya niyo ko na kulang ang binayad hehe. not sure what are the additional procedures pero gaya nung isang patient pinapabalik siya for another test para sa creatinine niya. additional bayad yun. regarding sa pinapabalik ako sa hapon in case I need another x-ray, wala naman daw bayad yun.

Q: when will I get the result?
A: sabi nung nurse, 3-5 days. nakalimutan ko kung working days ba yun or not pero nabasa ko somewhere dito sa forum na kasama daw ang weekend sa count.

Q: anong requirements ang dadalhin?
A: first, you need to generate your HAP ID and print the referral letter. Second, register online to St. Luke's website then print your registration info. Third, pay to china bank or security bank. nasa website din pano bayaran. optional ang payment kasi pwede ka magbayad mismo sa loob ng St. Luke's. Fourth, prepare your (valid) passport. wag ka na magpa-photocopy kahit yun ang instruction sa website, ang guard na gagawa nun. Overall, dadalhin mo lang ang referral letter generate from Australia ImmiAccount, St. Luke's registration form, and passport.

for Nationwide Makati, instead of online registration, you need to fill up some forms. Not sure about the payment though. naka-indicate lang sa website nila that they only accept cash. walang sinabi kung san magbabayad. malamang sa hospital mismo magbabayad.

Q: how to generate the HAP ID?
A: there are two ways. first is lodge your visa then wait for the go signal from your CO with the HAP ID. second is to generate it your own (this is before you lodge your visa). To generate your own, go to your ImmiAccount and click "New Application" then click "Health". There, you'll see the "My Health Declaration". Follow niyo na lang ang steps.

Q: hindi po available ang 489 option sa "My Health Declaration". what to select?
A: just choose 189. what's important here is to generate your HAP ID

Q: kaka-medical ko lang, valid pa ba yun?
A: I'm not sure about this pero may notes sa walls ng room na dalhin na lang kung meron kang any recent medical result.

Q: anong test ang gagawin for my kids?
A: nasa website na po ng St. Luke's and Nationwide Makati ang tests na gagawin based on their age.

A: no. you can do your medical exam before you lodge your visa. pag nakapag lodge ka na, you need to wait for the go signal from your CO. pero may nabasa ako na nag lodge then nag to-follow ng medical exam. di ko lang alam kung pwede ba talaga yun.

Q: why did I choose St. Luke's BGC?
A: gusto ko lang. haha. mas familiar sakin eh tsaka mas malapit sa work ko (10-min walk). 3PM pa kasi ang pasok ko. I rode my electric scooter to office then naglakad lang ako papuntang St. Luke's. baka ma-traffic pa ko kung sa Nationwide Makati at di ko alam san i-park ang scooter ko.

Hello everyone, I have received my referral letter for my medical and it says:

501 and 502 lang yung required and nakalagay doon. Does this mean na iyon lang yung tests na ipeprform? (Btw, applying for a student visa, for a postgrad research in accounting)

@blue3319 I forgot what those two are (one of them should be the chest X ray) but they'll just queue you up on that room. I had a blood test, urine test, chest X ray, and a doctor checkup for my 189.

Don't worry and just show up on the appointed date.

Assuming visa 190/489 ka, sa immiaccount page mo after mo maglodge ng visa may "health assessment". Don mo ma-aaccess yung HAP ID + referral letter.

Hi all! For those who has or had similar or same case, I have a concern for a friend... an Aussie bf told me his pinay gf has TB and is on a medication as of the moment (she has a 4yo daughter living with her in the PH). The question is, what’s the chance of her passing the medical if ever she comes back here is Oz and applied for a partner visa? Will it be discovered through her test if she won’t tell her medical issue? Thanks for who’ll answer.

My relative applied for an AU visitor visa a few years ago, and he declared his TB history---even if it was more than 30 years ago. He was then asked to further undergo some tests by the DIBP. Eventually, it was confirmed he was free from infection and got his visa.

Perhaps it would be best to just be honest and declare it. During medicals, there's a chest xray test. They will likely detect if there's scarring in her lungs due to TB infection. Giving fraudulent info = highly likely her application/and future applications will be refused. Worst-case scenario, her application will get delayed extensively because she's still on her meds, but it's better than being outright rejected dahil sa false declaration imo.

@Melis0315 Hi maam, good day po. ask ko lang if ano nangyari sa application nyo for your kid. Kasi nagpacheck kami ng family ko, speech delay kasi si baby ko, so parang may recommendation si doc na speech therapy pero depende pa din daw sa embassy un.

Ask ko lang if kamusta kung nagrantan kayo ng visa. Thanks!
