pwede po magtanong, may saudi experience po akong 2 years, pero hindi naprocess ng employer ko yung license ko dahil at that time, i still lacked experience. they promised to process my license if i renew my contract for another 2 years but i did not renew. now im not sure po kung idedeclare ko pa ba yun for iron program application sa ahpra? kasi kahit may COE ako as staff nurse, hours not included, eh wala naman po akong COGS na makukuha. I was thinking kung ibahin ko nalang ilagay ko for the year 2013-2015 para di magka problema. but i am also afraid na baka magkaproblema din kung mag lie ako. i really dont know what to do. please help. would greatly appreciate your response. God bless!

Hello! Hingi lang po ng insights...
I currently have two offers for BP. One from CQU and UniSA, March and Feb intakes respectively. Thing is, first round pa lang po ako ng hepa A and hepa B immunizations. Given na 6 months ung full course ng vaccines, d ako aabot sa intakes. What is your experience or knowhow sa immunization reqts ng both schools? Are they strict or lenient sa ganong reqt? I am also waiting for the offer ng Monash. Im leaning towards Monash kasi 3 months lng yung BP nila, whereas ang dalawa 6 months. I hope din na Monash is not too strict sa immunizations, Feb din intake nila kasi. Any insights are welcome! Thank you!
@ilovemichie did you have anti-HBs serology prior to having vaccination? Baka na naman mataas na ang anti-HBs count mo at booster lang needed rather than another full course of HepB vaccines. I presume na nagpa-vaccine ka na dati.

@cucci Yes po, nagpa titer po muna ako. Dko na rin po kasi ma remember if nagpa vaccine ako nito in the last five years.. maam my idea po kayo if kmusta ung schools re their immunization policies?
@ilovemichie No idea ako sa ibang schools but with ACN you cannot go into clinicals without having complete vaccinations.

@cucci hello. May i ask if may idea kayo regarding MMRV vaccines. Kasi hindi daw complete ung vaccines ko hanggat d nakapag 2nd dose which is one month apart. 2 weeks palang ung from first dose, do you have an idea if pwede na magpavaccine ng 2nd dose ng wala pa one month? Or may ibang pwedeng iprovide na ttanggapin ng school? Thanks
@cucci hello po. IHNA offered me Graduate diploma in nursing + cert in aged care 4 20K AUD then i can take OBA by mid 2019 while the program is ongoing. Is this the best option to be a RN in Australia? or i will take conversion in nursing in 1 year 26k AUD? what is the best and safest pathway po?
@Korenai I am not familiar with the course so I won't be able to give an objective assessment. Do clarify with the school if this qualifies you for either for Division 1 (Registered Nurse) or for Division 2 (Enrolled Nurse) registration.

@oIp Hi! Not yet po. Yan po ungg last school na hinihintay ko yung offer. Sa website Dec 14 pa yung response nila sa applicants. Naka receive kna po ng offer from them? Kmusta yung immunizarmtion policy nila? And kahit po ba 5 weeks online dpat nasa Aus kna?
@cucci thanks for the reply. If ever I Will push Thru with conversion in ECU Will I become Registered nurse after graduation? Or I still need to take OBA and OSCE after graduation? I have 5 years and 6 Months experience but was not Able to avail Bridging program
@Korenai no need for OBA if you're a graduate of Aussie Uni.

@Korenai As I mentioned earlier, better clarify first with IHNA kung for Division 1 or Division 2 ang program nila. I have a feeling kasi na baka for Division 2. Pero kung for Division 1 din naman, also clarify kung yung fees for OBA ay kasabay na sa fees nila.
Now, kung clear na for Division 1 registration at sabay na ang fees, then and edge ay mas cheaper plus the certification in aged care would give an edge when it comes to employment opportunities. 6k is still 6k di ba? Besides after 6 months ng program, pwede ka na mag-register at ma-employ... although sinasabi na middle of next year mag start ang OBA, there will still be some hiccups nyan at kung tapos mo na ang BP, you will be registered under the old BP scheme. By the time you finish the aged care certification, that's another feather on your credentials.
While sa conversion you are tied-up to the program for the whole year.
There are just my opinions and does not reflect on how AHPRA acts or will act on your case.

@ilovemichie hello! what happen to your CQU application? nag push through ka ba? may attached na documents about mandatory requirements
ilovemichiePhilippines Posts: 22Member Joined: Oct 29, 2018
@jamiemarie Hello! I did not continue with my application. But on the positive note, push ko yung application ko for UniSA.

Oct 23 - submitted docs walk-in sa brisbane office nila (nauna na actually ung docs coming from prc and school)
Oct 24 - direct debit nabawas na
Oct 25 - got the email indicating that they have received my documents
Dec 6 - emailed them for any updates, sabi nila they can not give full timeframe kung keln matatapos ang assessment ko because of the mass number of applications and renewals
Waiting pa din po ako ngayon for feedback from them. Let’s all keep praying na maging smooth lahat ng applications natin
