Hi po, a friend will soon vacate the house that they are renting for $310/week exc utilities. Pwede po magparoom share if in case hindi kayanin ng single tenant ung rental fee. It's 3br house with a gated pool. The owners of the house are also Filipinos who are now living in UK. If you are interested kindly send me a PM so I can give the contact details of my friend.
