What is the difference po between pre-ITA and ITA? If you receive pre-ITA, can you still edit details in your EOI (interchanged scores of speaking and writing, but still same points claimed)?

@adrbleaisa Go to your spouse' profile- "Relationship - Spouse...", "Language Ability - ..." AFAIK, no specific format of naming the documents. I suggest you replicate how IMMI names the applicant profile then add the name of particular document.

@twenty1 yes kailangan pa din niya magprovide if those stay is within the ten year frame. iyan iyong nagpatagal sa application namin kasi kelangan ng dependent ko magprovide ng qatar PCC.

Thank you @mycroft_holmes for your response. Need pa din ba magprovide ng employment record like yung pina assess sa assessment body or assessment result will do? Iniisip ko kasi anong eprovide if need pa kasi 1yr na din ako ngpa assess kasi ntagalan sa english ko. Thank you.

@wearec00l yes. You need to provide both.
Kasi upon visa lodging sa immiaccount under different category siya mag fall. Skills assessment, of course, under SKILLS ASSESSMENT.
Then yung employment evidences, e.g, tax, cv, coe, payslips, bank statements, etc, under WORK EXPERIENCES.

In my case, kung ano docs prinovide ko kay vetassess for skills assessment, yun din upon visa lodgment. Wait natin sagot ng iba.

@wearec00l Ilang points na ba ma claim mo? Kung kumpleto na docs mo as per requirements ni DHA, I suggest mag lodge ka na ng EOI asap. Worry about the additional docs later, that’s what Case Officer contacts are for.

Mind you, there are only 3 invitation rounds left for this FY. We don’t know kung ano changes next FY.

@ajhay pre ITA is colloquial dito sa forum for Invitation to Apply for State Sponsorship Nomination. In laymen’s term, binibigyan ka ng isang state ng opportunity to apply visa through their nomination or sponsorship.

Kaya siya “Pre-ITA” kasi dadaan ka pa sa approval ni state bago ka maka apply ng visa. Once approved tsaka ka pa lang pwede mag lodge ng Visa Application. (2 Step process)

Unlike ni “ITA” na diretcho ka na sa visa lodgement. (1 Step process)

@ajhay Yes pwedeng pwede. Mas okay nga na inuupdate natin sila ng changes in our situation asap.

And once na maka receive ka naman ng ITA malo lock EOI mo for 60 days. You can’t amend it during that period.

Question lang po, when filling out the Employment section for the EOI may automatic deduction kasi yung ACS ng 2 years. For example ang start date of employment is January 15, 2010 pero ang counted lang by ACS is the employment after January 2012, tama po ba na ganito ang entry?

Position 1 - Company A - PH - January 15, 2010 - January 31, 2012 - Related Emp : NO
Position 1 - Company A - PH - February 1, 2012 - January 25, 2019 - Related Emp : YES

Bale kahit same company, dapat split into 2 entries sya pero yung first two years ang answer sa Related Employment is NO then another entry para doon sa employment counted by ACS. Then mag start sya sa first day of the following month kaya February 1? Regardless kung anu yung start date sa company for example January 15 (half na ng month). Tama po ba ang understanding ko?

@mycroft_holmes Hello question if during ITA need ko na ba isama sa visa app ko ung bago kong work? kumbaga ngayon lang ako naging employee nila, pero hindi ko ito isinama sa aking assessment at eoi kasi during this time wala pa naman ako sa kanila. Thank you

@edge kung closely related pa rin sa nominated occupation mo, walang kaso kasi “considered” skilled ka na from the date deemed ni assessing body onwards.

Ganyan din naging case ko. Just provide supporting docs na lumipat ka na work. Also, yung COE sa previous company mo dapat may end date na para consistent.

Update mo lang EOI asap kasi maglock yun account once maka receive ka invite. All the best!

Hello po, kaka-lodge ko lang po ng EOI last Monday. May way po ba na malaman estimates kung kelan makakareceive ng invite for State nomination (NSW) via subclass 190? my claim points are 70/75. For 189, i notice na meron (e.g. Iscah). My skilled occupation is Analyst Programmer (261311).

If wala po, may trend po ba based on your experiences recently?

@mycroft_holmes thanks sa reply. Yep, I lodged nasa 70pts. Ginagather ko lang ahead yung needed docs. Pag na invite, may specific requirements lang ba or kung ano yung lahat ng nasa list? Napansin ko kasi sa mga signatures: Invited > NBI/COC > Visa Lodgement.

@wearec00l yun nasa list ng DHA are the minimum docs required. Pwede naman dagdagan to make your case evidence /points claim “stronger”.

Most applicants iniiwasan CO contact kaya kumukuha na ng PCC/NBI prior to visa lodging. Pwede din na mag lodge muna then attach na lang additional docs a few days or weeks after mag lodge.

Just take note:
1. You can add docs on your immiaccount but you can’t delete.
2. Organize the files/poperly rename and merge them chronologically on your PC/drive before upload.

@mycroft_holmes question po, naglodge na po ako ng EOI under 189 (70 points) last December 23, 2018. now plan ko po maglodge din ng EOI under 190(Tasmania) to gain additional 5 po, pwede ko na po bang ilodge ung EOI ko for 190 kahit wala pa pong result sa application ko for state-sponsorship?

@lecia question po, inintay nyo pa po ba yung result ng state-sponsorhip nyo? kasi ng lodge po ako ng 189 last Dec 23,2018 (70 points) now po plan ko mag EOI din under 190 (tasmania state sponsorhip)to gain additional 5 points. di ko po sure kung ilodge ko na po ung 190 EOI kahit wala pa po ugn result from tasmania
