@yssabanana Congrats, what applicants do is they provide Statutory Declaration stating their reasons for not having work experience.

@geneaux What is it regarding about? Just pm me if it’s too personal to discuss here in the thread. Or otherwise, just email your RO stating whatever decision you’ve made with regards to your application.

@syaoran I’m not 100% sure but I think if there is a change in points because of an update that you did, then the EOI Date of Effect changes as well. If you have updated the information but no change to the points were made then it’ll still be the same date.

@geneaux That is just formalities to inform you that the application is being refused because of lacking a requirement that you need to comply which in this case is the equivalency of the BSN degree from overseas to that of AUBSN. Since this can be complied by undergoing a bridging program, you will then be provided with a Letter of Referral to a BP.

@syaoran With the age, it depends. Maaapektuhan ba yung points? Pag Oo, like for example from 32 to 33 then the date of effect changes as well dahil mababawasan yung points. With dates, it’s all good as long as walang changes sa migration points.

@Cassey thanks for the prompt reply as always. with the age 32 to 33. Does that mean po b na once ma invite ako at the age of 32 and i turn 33 pero hindi pa rn napprove, my points will be locked in, for example at 75 and hindi na xa maging 70?

@syaoran Pag once na nainvite ka at 32, malalock in na yung points mo. Kahit magturn ka pa ng 33, hindi na maaapektuhan pa yung points mo dahil invited ka na. Safe ka na once na nainvite ka kahit wala pang approval.
You’re welcome btw, :) I’m glad na nakahabol ka pa for BP and now nasa PR application process ka na.

@kzander22 We did the same. We applied SV then applied 189 thereafter. Others do it the other way. Maraming gumagawa niyan, wala namang naging prob. With SV as long as you can justify your reasons for taking it and how it’s going to help your present career, then it should be fine.

    Hi! Newbie here..

I am Jamaica Rose Simbul, 29 years old, married with one 3-year old son. I am a registered nurse here in the Philippines since 2011 with 6 years experience as a staff nurse at a medical clinic and company nurse. I am.currently employed as a company nurse in a construction company for 3 years now. My uncle wants me to work in his aged care facility and I am also interested. Currently, I am looking for best options possible for me so I can start processing my papers. I have friends from college whom I am talking to that are currently working in Australia but they are giving me different answers. I tried checking the on the internet but I am confused with some of the information given. I was hoping that you could help me with this one.

Thank you so much and God bless!
