SAUDI Based Applicants for SubClass 189/ 190

Tanong lang po regarding sa situation ko. Nag-aral kasi ako sa Saudi from Aug 2009 to Dec 2010. So obviously need ko ng police clearance. Pero sabi naman sa website...

"Non-resident non-Saudi citizens are not currently able to obtain a Certificate. In these circumstances, the following documents should be provided to the Department:
*copy of your current and old passports, including any entry/exit stamps for Saudi Arabia
*copy of resident permits and final exit documents held for Saudi Arabia
*work reference from previous employer/sponsor while resident in Saudi Arabia."

So eto mga inattached ko nung naglodge ako ng visa app...

*Acceptance of Scholarship Offer
*Certificate of Completion
*1-way Ticket out of Saudi
*Entry/Exit Stamps of Passport
*Statutory Declaration
*Diploma

@MikeYanbu pano ka nakakuha ng work? Did you tweak your resume for that? Or is that related to your experience?

I am moving to Melbourne next week pero konti lang baon so I need to get a job asap.

Hello, exactly on the same situation my wife has her iqama pero under her maiden name pa rin so hindi po kami makakuha ng police clearance na under na ng married name nya. Halos lahat ng docs nya nasa maiden namen pa.

iniisip naming pong magpagawa ng affidavit of one and the same person. would it work po ba? salamat mo..appreciate your immediate response on this.

@tesu It doesn't matter kung maiden name o married name ang nakalagay, as long as may marriage certificate kayong kasama, wife ko maiden name din ang kanyang police clearance sa Qatar, pero visa namin sa apelyido ko na it wont matter alam yan ng case officer...

problem ko din po ang police clearance if ever mainvite ako. nag exit po ako ng 2017 and now nasa pinas na din.

Hello sa mga KSA based dito...tanong ko lang po.

Mandatory ba talaga ng KSA govt na kapag they want to outsource manpower outside KSA..is it thru a recognized Philippine-Based manpower agency po ba talaga by the employer ang processing ng visa (mobilization nung employee?)

At need ba talaga na atleast 3 years lang yung authenticated red ribboned academic records.??

I'm not sure kung madugo ang processo nato or pero parang i can sense na may something something ang systema in employing a Filipino going to KSA. I hope i'm wrong.

Hindi kasi ganito sa UAE. Salamat sa mga sasagot.

@Pinoy_Imphotep I have no idea about the outsourcing process but regarding the red ribbon on docs, I was surprised to learn that they have validity timeframe. When my sis and her family was tranferring from Bahrain to UAE, they had to have all their docs red-ribboned because the red-ribboned docs they used to go to Bahrain was more than 3 years old already. I guess it is a common requirement among Gulf countries.

@cucci Hi po..thanks for responding...Yes thats KSA's present requirement daw po, same reason as mine, very old na daw po yung red ribboned i used to give in UAE. It should be less than 3 years lang daw po as per recommended manpower agency of my employer. But having you said that from bahrain to UAE, I'm not updated kung nagbago na pala ang system sa GCC kasi hindi naman ganito ang nakasanayan ko sa UAE during my 10years residency in dubai since 2008. Baka nga siguro po nagbago sila ng systema or maybe depende sa employer po..i'm not sure though.

yes, ganyan anmg kalakaran sa KSA, kahit direct hired ka pa, kailangan may agency na magprocess sa yo, after a year pwede ka ng kumawala sa agency at contract mo na lang sa company.

requirement yata yan ng jawasat at owwa na dapat mayroong manpower agency na mag sign ng contract...

@MikeYanbu Thanks for your input sir. Nagsign na ako ng Offer of Employment ko po sa employer ko, but not with the manpower agency. Done with the medical examination na rin. The manpower agency was referred to me lng po ng employer ko for visa processing lang daw po, nothing else. Though my employer had already have a pre-approved visa na daw pra sakn that I would be carrying during my departure from pinas mentioning a specific occupation which is the "Building Technician" daw...

Ganun din po ba hawak ng mga fellow professional ko sa construction lalo na pgnasa consultancy firm. May ganun visa occupation po ba na bldg technician sa KSA?

Btw...speaking of medical examination, can i also use the same medical report for submission to ImmiAccount? Can I request the medical testing centre to send the same medical report? Is this acceptable po ba? Thanks ulit.

ganyan din nangyari sa akin, direct ako dati, pero ipinasa pa rin ako sa agency for processing of deployment since hindi pwede ang company mag process ng visa mo.

kahit nga ARAMCO mismo, ipapasa ka pa rin sa IPAMS kahit hired ka na at mayroon ka ng preapproved visa...

agency kasi ang nagdideal sa Saudi embassy sa pinas for visa stamping sa passport mo, kayat you cannot go away with dealing with manpower agency...
