Hello everyone would like to ask po sana:

(1) I have lodged po an EOI and currently have 75 points for 189 visa for 2611 skill and 80 pts for 190 visa. I just checked po yung April invite and 2611 skill now has a minimum of 85 pts as it is a pro-rata skill. Does this mean po that I'll never be invited given my points?

(2) May chance pa po bang magbago ang mga minimum points for pro-rata skill after the fiscal year end?

(3) For the effective date po ng pro-rata skill na 85 points as of April 10, does that mean po that any EOIs lodged before April na 75 ps can still receive an ITA?

@chinoymanila Reason why they increased the pro rata for that skill is they received a lot of applications wc is 80 or higher. So based on that you have lesser chance on getting an ITA.. based last year, hindi din nag reset yung pro rata requirements sa skill, depende kasi to sa applicants.. if after july 1 dami paring 80 or above, it may maintain it. For ur 3rd question, im not sure, hopefully may mag comment wd 1st hand experience pero for me parang unlikely din na makareceive ng ITA bec of the above reasons din.. but ofcors theres no harm trying.. ur 190 may push through, i personally encounterred a lot wd 65 who received an ITA this year.. just try to improve your points while waiting.. try PTE if wala pa or baka yung partner skill..

Hello, good morning everyone. Bago lang din po ako dito, and Mag-start pa lang kami ng partner ko ng application, and i have a couple of questions po regarding dito:

Ang stage po namin ngayon, papa-assess pa lang: Partner Visa ang kunin namin.

1.) Required po ba yung payslips? Yung partner ko kasi, matagal na siya dun sa previous job nya, more than 10 years siya nag-stay. Mukhang malabo na ma-complete namin yung payslip every year. May COE naman siya, pero gusto sana namin dagdag pa din yung payslips if ever.

2.) nasa 40's na po yung partner ko, though di pa naman sa age limit, kaya nag-apply na kami para di maabutan ng 45. May chance pa po ba? Though aware naman kami na liliit yung points.

3.) Kapag mag-claim ng partner points, kailangan ko din po ba magpa-assess? and advisable po ba na mag-claim ng partner points? di naman po ako skilled worker. though may ample work experience naman din po ako for more than 10 years, plus may sarili din pong business.

@Leeyhan_dizon These days, target to get 75pts or higher. If skill is on pro-rata then target 80pts. Plus panalo na naman si Scott Morrison as prime minister, he plans to cut down immigrants, so it wont get any better.

Wala pong partner VISA.. check po 189, 190 or 489. And look out for the major immigration changes by end of 2019. They said from 99 VISAs, it will go down to 9. For now, wla pang official details given.

for payslips, no need to complete all 10 years.. sakin, 3 payslips lang for the last 3 yrs but i also submitted ITRs. Age is still ok but take note 1st paragraph above, target 75 or 80 bec although 65 lng yung cut-off, you wont get any invitation bec 75/80/85 lang ang nakaka receive these past few months. Worse is April 2019 invitation round kasi 80 pts pataas lang yung nabigyan ng invitation for 189/489 VISAs. Also for partner skills, you can only claim partner points if the partner have positive VETASSESS assessment.

Check below link, makita mo dyan historically yung invitation rounds to see your chances so that you could plan ahead. Remember to target 75 or above points para medyo safe.

@Leeyhan_dizon Requirement for the Partner Visa na yung isa sa inyo ay Australian citizen or PR na. Tapos issponsor nya through a Partner Visa yung partner nya na nandito pa. Since pareho pa kayo andito, hindi pa kayo qualified for this visa.

Ano ba yung nominated occupation ninyo? Since nasa 40s na yung applicant ang suggestion ko is pataasin nyo hanggang kaya pa yung points to increase your chances of being invited. Bukod sa 189 aralin nyo rin yung 190 and 489 visas. May +5 and +10 points yung mga visa na yan, kaya medyo makakabawi kayo kasi mababa na points for age pag 40 na. Kung may states na nagssponsor ng occupation nyo mag-apply na rin kayo. Merong states na first come first serve ang pagreview ng applications and hindi pataasan ng points.

@chinoymanila points for pro rata occupation were increased, 1 factor is they want to lower down the intake, invite for particular occupation or for the total invite for the year. Usually happens at the end of each fiscal year. Expect this will continue in coming months.

nagtingin po ako nung link na sinend nyo, would you know po if nagmamatter yung month / time ng paginvite nila sa points na minimum? for example, if early part ng year, mas mababa ang kinukuha? or kapag patapos na yung taon, mas tumataas yung points na kailangan nila?

@DizL Hello po..historically after july 1 (immigration fiscal year), mag reset lahat ng EOI so this means may possibility na they might send invitations to those which has lower points.. i think depende talaga to sa anong skill, points, quota and timing ng EOI. So I would suggest submit EOI after july 1 immediately. Take note meron 65 pts lang naka receive ng invite this year and late last year sa subclass 190, maybe some states needed specific skills so try lang to submit multiple EOIs on 189 and 190 (try mo most states) bec may chance talaga.

But let me tell you this, based sa news dito sa AU, parang their going to cut-off migration slowly. They actually started last year. And remember, if most applicants on the same skill have high scores, you'll have a lower chance of getting invited as well. So increase your score while waiting for the ITA. Aim for superior english, see if you can get partner points.

Hindi naman lahat bad news, by end of 2019, they will change the point system and migration VISAs. Sa point system, I think It will benefit migration seekers kasi according sa news, they will increase the partner skill points and if may english exam partner mo, may points din. check lang online. Just remember that these are not official yet so they may change.
