    IE pa lang kami ngayon June, di pa ako nag start mag apply e. Mabilis lang ang medicare at mas ok na idownload at fill out mo na yung medicare enrollment form (nasa site ng human services) and print mo na para mas mabilis ang pag process. mabait naman sila and welcoming nung nag process kami.
    saka nako process ng TFN atleast 1 month bago kami mag BM

    Depends on the Landlord. Most require payslips and evidence that you can pay for the rent. But if you have enough funds that can sustain/pay for the rent, for lets say 6 months you might get approved.

    @ktelita Lets stay makakahanap kayo ng room na maximum $250 per week, plus weekly grocery na $100 and weekly expenses na $100 a total of $1800 per month. Times 6 months = $10,800.00

    (estimate ko lang to hahaha para may konting idea ka)

    For a family of three to four kasi ito ang monthly expenses

    $1500 - $2000 monthly rent
    $800 monthly grocery
    $200 utilities
    $60 internet
    $500 misc expenses


    Pero kung may kakilala kayo like kamag anak, take advantage of their spare room para makatipid sa monthly rent kahit for a month or two lang makikitira.

    - can i get TFN kahit wala pang job? (Job hunting phase palang kmi)
    -pano po mgprocess ng centerlink? And pano malaman if eligible mgprocess? Dalawa lang po kami ng husband ko.

    @yuki_00 TFN: yes online lang and after two weeks they will mail your TFN number

    Centrelink: para lang sa may anak to, sa centrelink office mismo, grant letter, passport ang kailangan. Once may centrelink numbet na, online na lang to make claims
