“Hi guys i got an email from ACT regarding my EOI submitted to them last Nov 2018.

I’m just wondering why suddenly they are sending it again. I already withdrawn my skillselect for ACT.

I already lodged my visa for QLD.”

Hello po. Ask ko lng po kung may nakakaalam kung paano po mag gawa ng correction for non migrating family members. Nalaman po kc namin na ang meaning daw po ng non migrating family member is that dependent sila ng visa applicant. Isinama ko po kc mother, mother in law and brother ko which is di po dependent as they have their own source of income.

Sabi po run sa nabasa ko, ay magfill up daw ng form 1023 to remove the aforementioned family members from visa application. Should I proceed with the form or should I wait for the CO advise. If anyone have experienced such case, please advise us po as we do not want the application to delay. Kahapon lng po kami natapos ng lodging (and payment completed). Thanks po.

@Mark.1 for how many heads you paid? Kasi kong sinama mo as your dependent nakasma din yun sa calculation ng total na binayaran mo.

@Mark.1 Hi. Share ko lang - yung sa case kasi namin is lahat (siblings, parents) nakadeclare as non-migrating family members sa Form 80. Thru agency ang application namin and so far wala pa naman feedback.

Hi Guys,

Question lang sana, kpg ba i submit na lahat ng documents na meron ka kay DHA, required ba na colored yung company logo for example yung job offer, contract, etc.? May isang contract document kasi ako na black and white lang yung logo ng company (though may colored logo sila) and hindi mukang original copy yung document pero yun tlga yung original na si nign ko nung contract signing na ako. Basehan ba ni DHA na colored logo mga documents na ipapasa mo? Thanks sa sasagot.

@Supersaiyan yung pirma nyo naka colored? Submit it for now. Yun naman available. Yun din ba gamit mo sa assessment? Be ready na lang if in case mag ask ng color na letter head.

Good day po!

Newbie here and I have a few questions po.

1. If you have existing and used ME tourist visa, ok lang ba mag apply ng general skilled immigration visa? Tourist visa expires January 2020. Visited AU May 2019. No plans goinf back as a tourist, gusto na namin mag migrate dun. Yung trip kasi namin dun super life changing, na convince kami na gusto na namin manirahan dun

2. Pano po yung skills assessment? Is there a link po na I should read about it. Required po siya when you apply?

1. No problem with visa application even if your current visitor visa is still valid.
2. Skills assessment:
a. Check whether the occupation is included on the Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL), the Short-term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL), the Regional Occupation List (ROL) or the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS) ROL List.
b. Check you visa options based on those lists.
c. Check your points.
d. Have your skills assessed by assessing authorities as indicated on the list.

@batman thanks sa answer bro. Nope. Colored nman yung mga COE with JD kong nkuha sa mga employers ko since yun lang nman need for assessment sa ACS. Yung job offer letter, job contract lang yung hndi colored letter header at worried lang ako kpg front loading na ng mga supporting documents like yung job offer letter, job contracts, etc. Iniisip ko lang kasi baka itanong bket di colored logo. BTW, black ink pen din pinang sign ko kaya mukang phocopy ang labas kpg iniscan ko na yung orig doc na yun

Hi, does anyone know na pag dependent ka ni main applicant, kelangan ba naka married na yung status ng mga ID's ni dependent and passport? Meron na kaming Marriage Cert from PSA, kaso lahat ng particulars ko naka single pa din (since mahirap mag update pag overseas). Dapat na po ba ko magpapalit? Currently.. on process EA ni husband.

@wellac what we did, hindi ko muna pina-change name/status si wifey kasi matagal magpa-update ng documents...and based din yun sa ibang nabasa ko dito sa forum. Hindi rin naman nakalagay yung civil status sa mga IDs so i think no need. Mas important na consistent ka sa lahat ng names mo sa IDs. Waiting kami ng grant ngayon. Antay na lang din tayo sa input ng iba

they will reply within 2-3 business days (hindi auto generated yung response meron talagang agent na sasagot although yun sagot e generalized din.

Yung iba nakakareceive ng response, yung iba hindi. pero sa case mo I’m certain na sasagot yan sila to clarify things.

@johnnydapper nag increase ka po ba ng points? Pag napa increase mo points mo, ang date of effect ng EOI ay based dun sa date kung kelan ka nagupdate. Goodluck sa ITA.

Hi @wellac . Just be consistent and submit the IDs na lahat single indicate. The marriage certificate will be your evidence of marital status. I don't expect issue since your maiden name is shown on most - if not all - of your identity documents.

I have a follow up question. Baka someone went through the same process. For the skills assessment, mas nagmamatter ba yung current profession mo than past experiences?

I believe my chances of migrating are better with my previous work and MA units. However they are not my current job/study. And I shifted to a different graduate course

@kiteano all depends. The assessing body and immigration take only into account your work experience in the last 10 years. Essentially, your occupation should be on the list. If you are choosing between 2 occupations from the list, you need to choose the one which will give you more points for work experience. Hope that makes sense.

Ma’am ask ko po regarding ACS, ung iaassess nila ay within 10yrs work experience, i have been working since 2005 till now same line, ibig sabihin po ba hindi nila iaassess ung 2005-2009? They will only assess 2009 to date , and sa loob din ng 10yrs na un sila magbabawas ng yrs? Maraming salamat po!

Assessing authorities base their requirements as per what immigration requires. Hence both would only consider the last 10 years. Unfortunately, it’s highly likely ACS won’t consider your experience from 2005 however, you might as well provide as far back possible as at times ACS could deduct years from betting 10 years experience. Hi, question po dito sa paglodge ng EOI particularly sa section ng "Family Members". Dun sa question na "How many family members?", kasama po ba sa bilang yung husband kahit na sa next question is about client's partner?

husband and 2 kids po namin ang kasama sa application..
