Hi Bro @itsdaryllp , makikibalita lang po kung ano nangyari sa onshore partner visa nyo? Na-grant po ba kayo ng BVA with work rights?

Hello, I just wanna ask, yung tourist visa ko kasi next year pa mag expire. Thank you sa sasagot.

BV will kick in once your current period on your substantive visa (tourist visa) expires.

Hi if you are planning to apply for the partner visa onshore dont waste more time. If you can go back now and apply is better. Bec the new law may take effect anytime.

Follow up question lang po. If TV is multiple, When will BVA kick in.. 3 months after entry po ba? Or sa date of expiration which is next year?

From what I know from others, it really depends on the condition of your previous visa held. Some have unlimited working and study rights whilst others was not given the same. But majority have working and study rights. I will be applying mine onshore this month, will let you know what my conditions are.

Just lodged my partner visa and received my BVA a few minutes after, it says “NO CONDITIONS” — meaning I can study and/ or work. 😊

Hello there, my husband is a citizen. I’m still on the process of collating my documents and evidences to be submitted through Immi, in short I’m taking it a step at a time po kase my BVA will commence in November pa. So far these are the documents I have provided:

    For the applicant (me):
    -Form 80
    -Form 1221
-Scanned copy of my passport (bio page)
    -Passport photo (recent)
-Photograph (any recent photograph of myself apart from the passport photograph)
-National Identity document (Philippine Driver’s Licence and my PRC ID)
-Marriage Certificate (I have provided the LCR copy at the moment as we recently just got married, will attach the PSA/ NSO copy once it’s out)
-Form 888 (two or more from family and friends who are Aus citizens)
-Evidence of contact while apart (copies of our iMessages and Facetime registries, bills of the gifts we sent to each other via online gift deliveries during special occasions such as birthdays, Valentine’s day etc.)
    -Plane tickets
-Photos of us in various social events surrounded with family and friends such as me with his family, him with my family, our wedding photos, church fellowships, attending wedding event as a couple, travel photos etc.
    -Birth Certificate
    -Joint bank account
-Evidence of Address - Residential (a copy of our joint phone bill indicating our residential address, will attach more once I will sign up for Medicare and start university)
-A statement from myself and my husband’s outlining the development of our relationship, significant events in our relationship, financial arrangements, nature of the household, social aspect of the relationship, our commitment to each other and our plans for the future etc.
-Evidence that shows I am my husband’s superannuation beneficiary.

    For the sponsor (the husband)
    -Birth certificate, driver’s license, passport
    -Certificate of Australian citizenship
    -Form 40SP
-Statutory Declaration - Partner Visa (Sponsor) form, filled out and signed.
-Australian tax assessment, salary statement, letter from employer confirming length of employment.
    -Police checks (to follow)

So far these are the documents that I have attached, I have yet to attach more in the coming weeks as it’s just the early stage of completing my visa. For the police checks from the countries that I have resided for more than 12 months including the NBI, I will do them after a year along with the health check. This is just based on research, still researching pa on what evidences to attach. I reckon it’s best if you have all of these forms and documents completed ahead of time kase it’s a bit time-consuming 😅. Hope it helps! All the best!

    Hi,

I have not known anyone or came across someone wherein their witnesses were contacted/ interviewed in relation to the information they provided. Pero it’s best pa din to be prepared and ready just in case DHA will contact your witnesses as mentioned in their website. All the best!

Does this mean po na pwede mag lodge ng visa kahit di pa complete evidence/requirements? Meaning pagka lodge pwede on going ka mag send mga requirements? Does it have like a deadline for sending the evidences? Thank you po sa sasagot.

Kasi po he applied for my tourist visa and we're currently waiting for it to be approved then once I'm there, balak namin lodge agad partner visa hinahabol kasi namin baka bigla mag take effect yung new rule sa partner visa but we're worried na baka need pa muna namin ma complete requirements before mailodge so it will take long if ganun baka maabutan ng pagbabago sa partner visa so is it okay if we apply it asap while the requirements are still on going?

Also, is there anyone here na nakapag apply ng partner visa or planning or have approved their application for partner visa even tho hnd married couple? Kasi we're still saving money but will apply partner visa so I can have working rights thru BVA then maka help in saving money.

Is it okay? Sa tingin niyo kahit hnd pa kami married still may chance ma approve partner visa namin? Kasi nagbabasa ako and most of you na nag aapply are married and with kids. Kaya we're worried sa situation namin since we're not married and have no kids and been apart for 8months kasi working siya sa Australia. Salamat sa sasagot at makakapag bigay ng idea. God speed.

Hi, regarding your concern. Pwede naman mag-lodge ng visa while you are gathering your evidences kase I did exactly like that. While on BVA, I took my time attaching evidences. I lodged my visa on 17th September 2019, and I am still on the process of attaching a few more evidences...so nasa 85 - 90% complete na siya. However, don’t take your own sweet time in completing your application, as much as possible, accomplish mo lahat except sa police and health checks.

Hi again, partner visa doesn’t necessarily mean na you have to be married. Meron tinatawag na “de facto” which is under the same visa ng partner visa 820 if onshore kayo mag-aapply. The only prerequisite to be able to be considered in a de facto relationship, you should be living together with your partner for 12 months.

Hello anyone here that can send a screenshot from the immiaccount so we can see the actual checklist that we need to attach and submit? It would be a great help by preparing it beforehand.
