11/13/2021 sent certificate of live birth for our baby
11/24/2021 Baby is added on visa application

01/19/2022 co requesting for child medical
02/18/2022 co requesting for repeat medical for My Wife
03/28/2022 medical for My Wife and our baby at St. Lukes Extension clinic
04/06/2022 health clearance provided no action req for my self and our baby
04/22/2022 health clearance provided no action req for my wife
06/24/2022 our immigration officer sent a follow-up to CO (NBI clearance will expire on July and Medical will expire for my self)
07/11/2022 received the Golden Letter for Visa Grant for the 3 of us!!!!
