Hello po. Mag BM napo ako sa Sept 1 under 489 Visa sa SA. Confirm ko lang sa mga nakapag BM na, no need napo ng PDOS at OEC? Salamat po sa mga sasagot..

Hindi na po need mag PDOS pag 489. Para lang po siya sa 189 and 190.

Halos sabay pala tayo aalis 489 SA din kami. Hehe. Sept 2 alis namin ng Pinas pero daan muna sa S'pore ng 1wk.

Question :
Mag BM kami sa January pero manggagaling kaming SG pero mag PDOS kami sa December. Ok lang ba iyon? I know kapag nagbakasyon kami sa Pinas e hahanapan din kami PDOS. May implikasyon kaya or mas ok na mag PDOS nalang kami kapag nagbakasyon kami sa Pinas (baka mga 2021 pa iyon lels). Thank you sa makakasagot

For CFO, no need to undertake PDOS if you have resided in AU for at least two months on PR visa. You will only need to register online then visit their office anytime to process the registration and sticker on your passport. Be sure to bring the grant letter and other docs to prove your residence (Medicare card, AU drivers license, etc. just to be on the safe side.

Pero kung nasa Pinas pa at makapag-PDOS bago umalis, ok din naman.

@ms_ane sis, Mag PDOS k na din? Kami din, baka masayang lang ang vacation days natin pag asikaso nito in 2021, kaya better be sure na lng anoh? Ayaw ko din na kay iisipin pa pag nagbaksyon. Kami naman after contract ko, uwi muna sa Pinas ng 3 weeks vacation, then balik SG dito na kmi galing. Makakapasok kaya ako ng SG even after 3 weeks na nag end ako contract? Alam mo naman sa Pinas. Hehe

@cucci thank you sa information. Visit their office for registration— sa Pinas po ito? Nagawa mo na din po to? Sa SG din ksi kami mangagaling, BM next year then for sure ang next vacation nyan ehh 2021 pa or so. Salamat. 😃

@lecia Yes po. Umuwi kami last July for a family event. Our visa was granted May although we have been here is Au since last year. As per email conversation with a CFO personnel, what we did was to register for a PDOS session via their online platform but we did not attend anymore. A few days upon arrival, we simply went to CFO for the payment and sticker. In less than 30 mins, everything was done.

Hello po! Sa mga nakapag big move na po question po. PR na po kami and sa Sept 24 na po alis namin kasama ko po 2kids ko. Si hubby po nauna na since onshore po sya naglodge. Question lang po if need po ba ng travel consent from my husband since magttravel ang kids with one parent? TIA.

I presume minors pa mga kids mo, hence the concern? According to DSWD https://www.dswd.gov.ph/frequently-ask-questions-faqs/

WHO DOES NOT NEED TRAVEL CLEARANCE?

I. A minor accompanied by the following:

Either or both of the minor’s parents, if the minor is legitimate;
The minor’s biological mother, if the minor is illegitimate;
The minor’s father who has been granted sole parental authority or custody by the proper court, if the minor is illegitimate;
The minor’s legal guardian;
The person, including one of the minor’s parents, who was granted sole parental authority or legal custody by the proper court, in which case the court decision should specifically include a statement to this effect, i.e., naming the person to whom sole parental authority of legal custody over the minor has been granted.
Minor’s adoptive parents if the minor is granted with adoption decree & Certificate of Finality.

II. A minor who is an immigrant or a permanent resident abroad, with foreign passport, or whose parents are in the foreign service holding diplomatic/official passport such as Ambassador/General Consul/Consul/Attaches, provided he/she is holding a valid passport and a visa such as dependent visa/identification card which serves as proof that the travel does not constitute child trafficking.

@minelliespiritu no need for consent. My husband was also the first to arrive in Au then me and kids followed. We were never asked for a consent from hubby. 😊

Question po: I have received a job offer na po prior to my IE and BM in November. Now, I need to fill out forms but it requires my TFN. Is it possible to acquire a TFN offshore?
